Vivienne does everything she can to make you feel welcome and at home. She goes much further than any host I have experienced before with a stocked fridge, tea coffee and everything you may need for your stay. Can't fault Vivienne, the location or anything about our stay simply superb

We cannot recommend Snap Mill Barn highly enough. The hosts have thought of everything and it is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Sue and Steve met us when we arrived and explained everything that we needed to know. We had no problems during our stay, but it’s reassuring that they are right next door if you need them. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay and there are some beautiful walks and pubs nearby – our dog felt very at home, there were even treats for the dog! We stayed at the barn while our house was being renovated, and it was a perfect escape from the building work. We were sad to leave. Thanks Sue and Steve from Jacquie and Andy 😊

From booking to checking out Alice and Alan did a great job. The pre visit messages and instructions were welcome as it just makes things so much easier. Alan was there on arrival to see us in and gave us all the information we needed. The place itself was spotlessly clean and they had gone over and above with what they provided. Everything had been meticulously thought through. This had been recommended to us and we can surely pass the recommendation on. A great place to stay and if we were in the area again, this is where we would be staying. Thankyou very much 😄

we spent three enjoyable nights in Little Cartref and it was extremely comfortable, especially the bed. It was a nice and easy walk into Tenterten town where there are some great pubs and there were a few good places to walk the dog. Great base for exploring Kent and Sussex.
