We had a great stay at Marjas house! It‘s in the middle of the forest, so beautiful and calm. Marja is such a nice person, she helped us with everything and always responded very quickly. We felt very welcome and at home. We even could use the sauna at the lake and borrowing the snowshoes also was so helpful! We cooked dinner every night, everything worked well with the kitchen and the flat has everything you need. It‘s easy to find and reach by car, from Rovaniemi about 2,5 h. We would come here again anytime and definitely want to return one day! P.S.: If you want to do a tour with a dog sleigh we can recommend Erä Susi, a recommendation from Marja. They treat the dogs very well even if it‘s a big kennel. But make sure you do the 20km trip and that you are not the first sleigh behind the skido, that‘s not so nice because of the fuel right in front of you. But besides that, it was awesome!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa We chose to spent our 5th anniversary there and we couldn't have chosen better. The house is very well equipped and there are a lot of activities at home and in the close area, like the fat tire bikes, sauna, piano, skiing in Ruka, hiking or just enjoying the silence and beautiful landscape around the villa. Mea was very friendly and thoughtful and communication was very easy. We are grateful for this wonderful experience! :)

It's a great place for a getaway! Really enjoyed my time there. The house is just adorable, and the nature around is very beautiful. Looking forward to come back again!

we had a great time at Elina's place. the wooden chalet is perfect and corresponds in every way to the listing description in terms of the advertised amenities. it's even prettier than we imagined. the environment is quiet . very well heated, we have never been cold despite outside temperatures far below zero (up to -19°C) a few minutes drive we had access to winter activities (snowshoeing/ride with reindeer/snowmobile/ski etc) and there are many marked walking trails all around. it is an ideal destination to be in harmony with nature and totally disconnect from the real world (the wifi connection works very well however). there are 2 mini - market and 3 restaurants nearby. we recommend this haven of peace with all comforts. the private sauna is a plus we liked. as a bonus we were able to observe northern lights from the terrace, so it was a flawless
