John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

Nestled very close to the beautiful Chelsea Heritage Park and iconic Chelsea Sugar Refinery, this is a lovely, spacious guest suite in a quiet location. Tracey is an awesome host; warm, friendly and most accommodating to our needs from the start of our stay to the finish. We were relieved to find that she had kindly provided fresh milk, orange juice, coffee, teabags and snacks when we woke up on the first day after a very late arrival the night before, due to a plane cancellation. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean and you feel right at home in the lounge overlooking a gorgeous, well-established garden. It was lovely to sit on the patio with a freshly-brewed morning coffee listening to the range of dawn birdsong. Although we didn't use it, the pool area was lovely too. All in all, a solid recommendation for this gem in a lovely spot. Thank you, Tracey!

Cath's AirB&B is immaculate, comfortable and with various kind of supplies. We did enjoy our stay and visited Coyle Park. Auckland Zoo is also close by. Cath and her husband has been really helpful to sort out our internet problems etc. We would recommend friends to stay in this worry free house.

Private, quiet, comfortable. The Netflix and generous breakfast and bathroom supplies made a relaxed start and they lasted the whole week. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This garden studio was much bigger than the average studio. There was a dining table with bench seats, as well as a small couch next to the kitchenette. It was clean and tidy with everything we needed for 4 nights. Sandy is a lovely person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Bike rides round the area and good coffee. Great place to stay.

My husband and i had a fablous time staying at Clare’s we were disappointed to only be there for one night ! It is sooo peaceful and Clare’s garden is ‘out of this world’ - we were so glad she agreed to showing us around - the fruit trees - nut trees - vegetables is amazing - plus it is all organic ! Clare and Tony are very kind people ! It will always be a lovely memory for us - plus it has given me a new passion for gardening ! Thankyou Clare and Tony ! 😊

Booked April's place for my mum and step-dad while they were in Tauranga. April was super easy to communicate with and always very responsive. My mum loved the bed and thought April's place was very comfortable and quiet. She also loved the location being nice and close to Tauriko and The Crossing. Thank you again for having them!

Sean and Suzie could not have been more gracious hosts! Although living above us their presence was there when we needed, but privacy well respected. The view was magnificent and apartment well appointed and met our needs! The location was great for all our excursions to Hobbiton, west coast, wineries, Cormandel and more! If we lived closer would come back again and again… local beaches and restaurants wonderful!

Unique spot for sure! Beautiful estate and scenery. Well appointed. The squeaks and rattles are a reminder of the age of the home but it’s definitely worth it to go somewhere memorable. I can now say I’ve stayed at a Georgian Manor.

Rose's space was cute, clean, and a great place to relax and catch my breath after a long month of travelling. I would recommend this place to others!

A beautiful old home. A super spacious apartment. Very comfy bed. Good bedside lights. Comfy lounges. Great pool. Ruth is very responsive and helpful. Beautiful bathroom with plenty of towels and face washers. Of note: there are 15 steps down to the apartment. Also if you are driving, be aware that there is only 2 hour parking on the Street between 8 and 4. Ruth kindly allowed us to park in their driveway whilst they were at work. There are lots of places to eat 5 mins walk away, so a great location. Squisitos had great Italian food.

I had a wonderful stay at Marie and Warwick’s place. The room was spotless, the towels were fresh and clean, and everything was incredibly comfortable. Marie and Warwick were excellent hosts – very warm and welcoming. Warwick even made some delicious cookies, which I really enjoyed! Highly recommend this place.

Lovely, well equipped accommodation. Elve responded quickly with efficient and clear information. A warm welcome on our arrival set the tone for our mini break. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and great location for walking into Matakana - just perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Yolanda was a wonderful host and she gets the award for the best bathroom and plush towels. The rental is very spacious and private even though next to the hosts residence. She was so thoughtful with the things provided in the kitchen and the king bed was very comfortable. There is a private patio area with chairs which receives the morning sun and was very enjoyable. We stayed at the end of our trip as it is only about 25 minutes from the airport but you feel like you are way out in the country. Thank you Yolanda for sharing your place!!!

A lovely place in a great resort. It was immaculate and had all the facilities we needed and was very tastefully furnished. It had a pleasant little seating area. It was nice to be greeted by a very friendly owner. Thank you for letting us stay. It was a pity we weren’t here longer to enjoy more of the area.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and my daughter loved the trampoline. The location is convenient for mountain biking at the redwoods. We missed being able to cook (no stove) but the kitchenette and the fridge is good enough for breakfast &sandwiches. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
