Clean and comfy stay, quiet surroundings. The host was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Ella’s place was warm and cozy. Beautiful for the kids with toys and a tent to play in. The stairs leading up the master bedroom are a little big and we had to watch our 2yr old carefully but in saying that she very safely slid down on her bum and it was fine. There is also accommodation underneath for someone to book so be mindful your kids aren’t running around making a lot of noise. There isn’t a specific dining area (but there is a table in the kitchen where we made do with stools and the chairs they had. The most perfect spot for watching the fireworks. And Ella was a great host - very proactive, helpful and friendly especially when I couldn’t find the keys at checkin!

We had a wonderful stay during the Valentines weekend. Highly recommend!

Quick walk to Bayview. Well set up for dogs.

A group of 8 stayed 1 night before doing the Pahi Coastal Walk the following day. It was close to where we needed to be picked up for the shuttle to do the Walk. It had everything we needed and while it was really just a place to lay our heads before the main event, Ngaire made it clear she could help us plan some activities and walks if we needed to. For us city folk, it was quite remote, but I would make the effort to stay again and take up Ngaire's offer of "what to do" in the surrounds. Thanks Ngaire!!

Location is excellent - the main high street is a few minutes walk away, and in 10 mins you can be on the beach. Facilities are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Kitchen was a little dated but fully functional and had everything needed to throw together an easy meal. The shower over the bath only just reached the top of my head so anyone tall would have to get creative! Communication was excellent start to finish. Clear instructions. A very helpful book with tips and ideas of places to go. Would absolutely book again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The tennis court and pool were well used. Lots of space to play other lawn games. The pizza oven and smoker were fantastic. Water pressure was great. Far enough away from town for some peace, but close enough to travel to get the essentials. The only downside was a little bit of road noise at certain times of the day.

Great Stay with Beautiful Views! We had a lovely two-night stay with stunning views. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the host was very helpful. Jackson, the friendly dog, was a great bonus! Would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazingly restful time with both Jeremy and Rae doing everything to ensure our stay was perfect. The bed was so comfortable. I have a degree of mobility issues but the hot tub was so easy for me to get in and out of. Tia also made our stay most enjoyable. Thank you all.

We had a lovely stay! The hosts were friendly and so welcoming. The house is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Such a nice central location to all the fun activities Rotorua has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Online pics dont do it justice! Well laid out and spacious, fully equipped with matching sets of everything! Nice finishing touches. Great indoor and outdoor living. The pool tops it all off. Thanks Joanne, the place was perfect for our multi-gen family stay.

This is a wonderful AirBNB - extremely comfortable and it has everything you could need for a few days away. And it is a definite bonus to have a pool! Godfrey and Crystal made us very welcome and we very much enjoyed meeting them. We'll definitely be back.

Laurra’s bnb is such a great place. What a pity we only stay here for one night. Room is super clean and quiet with very supportive and comfortable bed, and wooden floor is my love. Not to mention the lovely furry families. Laura and Mike are very friendly and easy to communicated for us who are not English native speakers. We enjoyed a wonderful evening with them and the other quests for bbq in the beautiful garden. Fresh homemade ice cream is such a highlight. Also the delicious breakfast. Ah I can only tell we made a wrong strategy to stay here for one night :)

This is an ideal accommodation for Hobbiton - a very charming cottage in the hills, connected by a lovely small hilly road to Hobbiton, it feels like being in the Shire. We stayed for two nights as it is also a good location for a day trip to Waitomo Glowworm Caves. Both attractions need to be reserved online several days ahead.

The place is beautiful clean tidy, they provide all necessities which is great. Very peaceful and safe area to stay. Definitely worth the money, Close to everything. She is very responsive and friendly. Will highly recommend this .

Didn't realise this was a bed and breakfast situtation, probably my fault reading the listing. Hosts were eager to be hospitable and meet us but gave us full privacy for valentines day, even putting up screens and closing blinds of their house and meeting us upon departure only. Lovely spot and really nice chalet with good amenities.

A really lovely and cosy airbnb with everything you need to relax for a few days. Although not sound proof (so can hear the main house above) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Also, bring mosquito spray!

Lovely farm stay! Was just what we needed after a busy day travelling! Being surrounded by nature and the cutest farm animals! Everything we needed and super clean ! 😀
