The listing is exactly as photographed. The truth is that it is comfortable and has everything to cook and have a good stay. You can easily reach the malecon by car, taking about 7 minutes. There are stalls nearby where you can buy things like milk, oil and others if you need anything, so in my opinion the location is excellent. We must highlight the predisposition of Victor who was 100% available and attentive to any concerns, he would definitely come back!

It was the most beautiful stay in the Dominican Republic. Very quiet and relaxing! We were able to visit great beaches and everything was perfect for infants! Except for the restaurant in the area, where the waiters don't really speak English, everything was great!

This place is beyond beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and mosquito hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

The view from the house and the pool is breathtaking. The architectural design is super intelligent, masterfully blending the house into its environment. The placement of the bedrooms ensures excellent privacy. There are no AC because they're not necessary, as ventilation is excellent. The caretaker of the house and her son are both helpful and delightful. Scott the owner provides good communication. The road leading to the house is a little hidden and the walk path to the beach isn't very self-guiding. Our family had a memorable stay and would do so again without hesitation.
