Great location, close to campus and plenty of food around

We had a wonderful week-long stay in this cozy home! Especially loved the kitchen, the heated tile of the bathroom floor, and the location! It’s a great little house!

Great week-long stay! Very comfortable and close enough to MSU. The only inconvenience I had was that the fireplace was not functional when I was in town - the chimney was creating a draft in the apartment. Would definitely recommend this space and would consider booking again next time I'm in East Lansing.

I stayed at William’s place for a long-term work assignment. The unit was clean, great for teleworking, and spacious. I cooked most of my meals here, loved the off-street parking, and found the furniture comfortable. There’s lots of natural light, too! I’d recommend staying here if you have a car, but there’s a Family Dollar, Chinese restaurant, gas station, and a convenience store within a 10 minute walk. Also, it’s right next to a church if you’re interested in that. The neighborhood was nice, too. I went on walks often and never felt unsafe.
