Good value, relaxing place to stay. 25 min away from city central, so a bit out of the way. Also, it's very tropical so there are mosquitoes and bugs right outside, especially if you have external lights on (but it can't be helped since its just the environment). Overall enjoyed our stay. Max was very responsive, the place and pool was clean, and it was a nice, peaceful place.

The host is very friendly, responsive, the house is very clean and cozy, and prepared children's toiletries, baby dining chairs, and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is also very safe, quiet and tidy. I highly recommend this place when you come to Chiang Mai.

This is a beautiful, kids-friendly and quiet house with shopping and dining within a few min’s drive. There are so many things you can do at Kad Farang, dinning, grocery shopping, buying local produce. It’s very quiet because it at the end of an alley with forest and grassland on 3 sides. The whole house is very clean. The best part of my family’s experience is we had breakfast in the backyard every morning. There is morning sunshine on part of the yard and trees around the table which give us shade the whole day. I would suggest the landlord install a power socket near the table in the middle of the backyard so guests can use their computers working in nature. My daughter climbed the coconut tree many times. I think the owner has put a lot of thought into designing the house and the yard. By the way, the half open-air half covered bathroom looks very nice. It gives you a tropical holiday feel.
