Monthly Rentals in Hamilton

Out of town location, but has a great pub, cafe, Indian and Turkish only a 7 minute walk. Digs are very comfortable and clean with a little lounge/kitchen area and seperate bathroom. Ideal for a couple or couple with a child. Wayne is great too! It’s our second time and will always go there if there is school/kids sport at St Paul’s.

Everything at this property was beautiful! The bed was comfortable & everything was incredibly clean. Details such as coffee, milk, & light breakfast were appreciated. The host even left a special treat for us. The property had its own unique charm….with artwork, well maintained living plants, and an exceptional private backyard space—that was perfect to relax & unwind from a busy day. Lake Rotoroa was easily walkable, but walk to city center/riverwalk/reataurants was about 30 minutes by foot. Overall, would highly recommend staying here! We hope to return again soon.

We loved our stay here. The studio was such a cosy and beautiful space to be in and Erena was so responsive with her communication (from the time we booked, right up until the time we checked out). Would recommend this studio to anyone visiting Hamilton.
