Second time staying, I enjoyed returning with my fiancé, Walter was very responsive and helpful and the house was very tidy and clean, will hope to return again someday.

"Perfect stay – highly recommended!" Our stay at Mick's place was completely successful! Mick is a great host – extremely communicative, friendly and flexible which made check-in super easy. He provided us with great recommendations and was just a cool and pleasant guy. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. We especially liked the small terrace, which is a real highlight. Over New Year's Eve, we had a relaxed, uncomplicated time and would book the place again at any time. Thank you, Mick!

I wish I could write more. You will not regret booking your stay with Ben and Mireille. they are the loveliest hosts and will make you feel like family. The chalet itself is amazing, stylish, comfortable, well appointed. Ben and Mireille have put a lot of effort into making their chalet cosy and comfortable, and it is more generously appointed thanany other properties we have stayed at. And it is private and quiet as well. You hear some ducks, but in our view, it adds to the charm of the location! The location is great too, only a short bus ride into Leiden. I would stress that you are not just paying for a stay but an experience. Ben was kind enough to educate us about the working windmill at the property that he takes care of, and trust me, you'll learn a lot. If you are looking for a charming, comfortable location that is convenient in terms of connections as well, then look no further. Good luck to Ben and Mireille for all their future endeavours!

Fred and Kelly were very kind and responsive throughout our check in and throughout our stay as well. The place is located in a quite and peaceful neighborhood so it was ideal for me. The place itself is beautiful and makes you feel right at home [away from home]. They had an amazing amount of books, pamphlets, etc full of information to help guide you around. The instructions in how to use the amenities were super clear so we did not struggle with anything. It truly was such a lovely place and I feel very lucky to have found such a gem for our trip to Amsterdam!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Netherlands.

The arrival was already very nice. Cottage was wonderfully heated and Vera came to welcome us. The area is beautiful and relaxing and in the area there is plenty to do. We visited Hoorn, Alkmaar and Graft. Well worthwhile. Breakfast was delicious and varied. In short: we didn't want to go home anymore!

Ton greeted us personally and kindly. It was possible to check in or park the car before the agreed date. The accommodation in a quiet location corresponds to the photos and we felt very comfortable. By bike or car, you can quickly reach the supermarket 2.5 km away and get everything there. The good bottle of wine to welcome you must definitely be mentioned. Conclusion: great host in quiet surroundings, easy access and great accommodation. Gladly again, as recommended.

A lovely few days staying at Karinas boat house - the location is super handy, easy to get to the centre via the ferry, close to amenities (amazing restaurant a 1 minute walk away!) and such a unique stay. Having a morning cup of tea with the ducks in the morning was a real highlight 🥰 thoroughly recommend.

The hosts were delightful!! They were very welcoming and we truly felt like honored guests. They met us and even had homemade treats for us! Their home was so nicely decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. We really appreciated more of the “small-town” experience with very easy access to Amsterdam. We would stay there again in a minute!!

We had a month and felt right at home! Geraldine and her husband Paolo were friendly neighbors. They made us feel welcomed and always available to help you and resolve anything! Super nice hosts!! Great and quiet place that had everything we needed for a nice stay. Incl. parking right outside the door. Fast and super friendly contact with hosts. We felt super comfortable with 2 children 7/2 and slept well. We had a very very nice stay. ❤️

Super cute place within walking distance to the beach and the dunes. Lots of beach restaurants also easily accessible. Would go back!

We had a lovely weekend in Janine's little apartment. For an extended weekend for two, it is recommended , everything is the same as the pictures show. Communication and check in and out completely uncomplicated - first of all, we were able to check in earlier! It's easy to walk to the beach, excursions to Leiden easily by bus .

Nel and Nico are extremely helpful and friendly hosts. The tiny house is very tasteful and functionally furnished. Everything is very clean. The location is perfect. Quiet but very central. Parking is very problem-free. We felt very comfortable.

It was very comfortable. The landlords were very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was expensive overall, but that's the case in Zandvoort. The beds were cozy, the bunk bed in the children's room was a bit shaky. The children's room was a bit small and the door was jammed. Overall, everything is great. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time at this charming apartment in Limmen! The place was not only clean, but also tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described and the quiet location contributed to a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking much easier for us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for the area. Overall it was a very nice stay and we can highly recommend this apartment.

Joke was an amazing host, so helpful and her love of Amsterdam shines through in her care of her guests and wanting to ensure they have a wonderful stay in Amsterdam and her apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable beds, fresh fruit and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from Anne Frank House to street markets, canal tours and museums. I highly recommend Joke’s apartment. Just a note that the stairs are steep and maybe not suitable for some people.

Nathalie is an adorable host, she was super friendly and helpful. She responded to me quickly and also the room was as described. The only thing that bothered me was that the parking lot was a bit away. But this was also clearly described and therefore no deduction here ☺️ It was super clean at Nathalie's and from there you could walk quite well into town or to the beach. I enjoyed it very much. If you don't need a lot of space and are looking for something in a quiet neighborhood, then you are really in good hands here. ☺️ Would come back again and again. Thank you Nathalie

We had a wonderful stay! Linda’s warm welcome immediately made us feel at ease. Despite the language barrier, as I don’t speak English very well, Linda made communication easy and comfortable. The accommodation is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the personalized touches, which made our experience even more special. The outdoor jacuzzi is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back! Lucille & Michael de Strasbourg/ France
