The Lomita is regularly and neatly maintained. Mattresses, sofa, and air conditioners benefit from deep professional cleaning several times a year.
The house is also equipped to better enjoy the tropical climate: mosquito screens at all windows, mosquito traps Biogents and regular fumigations help limit the presence of mosquitoes.
Finally, a reverser helps maintain electricity for a few hours in the event of a power cut.
