Very nice and spacious apartment, clean, tidy. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, dining room table, terrace. The heating is excellent. The old town is cozy.

We stayed 4 days at the place in M.Carmen and we felt at home. Everything was very clean and also the house was very hot when we arrived , which we appreciated because it was quite cold on the street. The house had the kitchen very well equipped , the rooms are very good , the lamps have to charge the phones by USB , the beds are very comfortable... you can see that everything is done with care. M.Carmen left us cold drinks, milk and pastries for breakfast. We also had stuffed animals and board games that came to us very well when traveling with a small child, in addition to leaflets from several food sites that they distribute at home and tour guides of Arévalo. if we are back in the area we will stay here again.

We had a short but sweet stay in this property. Really unique and lovely. Clean, welcoming and Lucia was very helpful and responsive, we had a very lovely welcome by Lucia's parents who thoroughly showed us around. Thank you for having us!

Good morning!! It was a very pleasant stay, everything was like the photos ,the house was clean and tidy ,the beds were very comfortable, and the host was pending at all times. Experience to repeat highly recommended
