The homeowner, Nastya, is very enthusiastic, clear and organized in language, and very efficient in communicating.Responded quickly to questions Nastya about tenants.Nastya is satisfied with the demands of the tenant.2. The place is located in the old town, the location is especially good, you can walk to the sea, the wave gin stairs, the train station all 20 minutes.There is a supermarket, butcher shop just below the building.3. There are Chinese restaurants 50 meters to the north, which is important for a long stay Chinese.I will continue to choose Nastya's place for a longer stay if I am still in Odessa next year.
