The home was spotless, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. Laura was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

We had an amazing time at Robyn and Shayne’s place. The house was immaculate and true to the photos. With 11 of us (3 families), there was ample space for all of us with the three outdoor areas and we loved eating our meals on the balcony. Lovely to find a place that comfortably seats everyone for dinner both inside and out. The hammocks were a fabulous bonus and a lot of time was spent reading and relaxing outside. Everything you could want in a gourmet kitchen was provided with so many lovely extras and so clean. Robyn was super responsive and very friendly and even the neighbours were lovely. Easy walk down to the river mouth and general store. We loved every minute. Only sad that the house is already booked out for next January!

We had a fabulous stay at Sharon’s house. Was much larger than we thought with lots of dining options and a great view. The house was in walking distance to everything in Guilderton. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful few days here. We were visiting family from England and meeting up with some old friends. This was the perfect location for us all and we were all very comfortable in the home and found lots of useful info for getting around and about. It could not have been better.

Lovely little place to stay for a perfect weekend getaway. Close to all amenities, and quiet.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

mindarie beach house was a lovely accommodation. netflix to watch programmes in the evening. very comfortable beds. beach house was clean and in a very good location, close to the beach 😁 Hosts are very friendly and very good with communication. would highly recommend staying here. we had a lovely time thankyou x

This unit is right on the picturesque marina, a short walk to the amazing beach and a shorter walk to the pub, restaurants and lovely little shops. Inside the unit it was complete with kitchen, laundry and a big comfy bed and pull out lounge. A really lovely all round unit that I'd highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and local shops and situated in a safe, quiet street. Very helpful and attentive hosts, would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Maree's place. It was just as described - very modern, spacious and we really appreciated the extra touches such as high quality bedding and towels really. Maree was a great host, her communications were timely and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.

A nicely decorative and spacious apartment in a perfect location in Joondalup. Gus, the host is very attentive, helpful and prompt to respond in communication. Gus was very generous with little extras (wine and snacks) to make the stay even more memorable. I will be staying with Gus next time I am Perth for sure!

Great location! Everything we needed was within 10 minute driving distance, close to the beach and lovely area. Evelyn was very welcoming, yet kept discreet distance. We enjoyed our stay and felt that it was reasonably priced too.
