We had a fantastic stay at this lovely beach house! The location was absolutely perfect – so close to the beach and a great coffee shop. The house was beautifully presented, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the backyard space and entertaining areas, it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Melinda, our host, was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we would definitely stay here again!

This accommodation goes far beyond anything I have stayed in. Every consideration has been given to guests making it a superb stay. Very modern decor, pristine linen and absolutely everything needed for cooking your own meals. The layout of the property is fantastic with patio set up for a very relaxing time including BBQ , TV and comfortable patio setting. James and Penny have really gone the extra mile at this beautiful home in Wanneroo! I had forgotten so many things that I didn’t realise we needed until I saw them in the house! Things like the kitchen cutlery draw, the pantry having a few staples. There was even milk in the fridge already! Every space had an extra blanket, everything was of the highest quality and the home was exceptionally clean. The little extras were never ending, toiletries and laundry soap etc, all of the things that would have caused stress had they not been there, were there! The neighbourhood felt homely and safe and I just cannot fault this home! James and Penny are so responsive and accomodating, so helpful and pleasant to deal with promt replies and flexible with requests, we had a few changes to make while staying and James and Penny were so helpful and understanding. We really appreciate the week we have had was just perfect and we will never forget it! Thank you! Chelsea

We had a family gathering and Sharon's place in Moore River was the perfect home for it. The kitchen was fabulous with the most beautiful views. It became the hub for many wonderful conversations. Lots of gathering spaces around the property to take advantage of the view and weather. Sharon was a responsive host and provided clear instructions throughout. Her flexible check in and check out options outside of peek times was really appreciated too. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful few days here. We were visiting family from England and meeting up with some old friends. This was the perfect location for us all and we were all very comfortable in the home and found lots of useful info for getting around and about. It could not have been better.
