Waterfront vacation rentals in Grundy County

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was as advertised. Very clean and so very peaceful. The close proximity to Chattanooga was ideal. We hope to return in warmer months to enjoy some more of the area.

We loved staying at Gary’s condo. The river view is so lovely. The bed & furniture were comfortable, and everything was clean & fresh. I loved the balcony view. It was also nice that there was coffee & filters provided. We would definitely stay here again!

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

We loved every minute of our stay. We liked being able to walk out on the balcony and having our morning cup of coffee and just looking out into the sunrise and the water. Everything was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I like how Gary gave us recommendations of places to eat and go explore. Definitely will be booking again in the future.

Cannot say enough about how much we LOVED staying at Jesse’s place! It was absolutely beautiful, right by the river with both great sunrise and sunset views. The condo was super spacious and as another commenter said, the large walk-through closet was the perfect place to set up our pack-n-play for our 9 month old to sleep. Everything in the condo was well-thought-out, and I really appreciate Jesse’s quick response when we got in and there wasn’t a Keurig like the pictures show (we brought our pods, but the did have some regular coffee for the coffee pots, we just haven’t made real coffee in years 😅), we turned around and a Keurig was immediately sitting at the door! 😍 Jesse’s dad lives in the building and was able to bring us his extra one for our stay! The immediate response and kindness made the trip feel magical! We would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay! It was such a beautiful location and the home itself was beautiful too! Definitely would recommend and will be saving for future stays!

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

Our first time to use Air BNB, and wasn’t sure what to expect as a newbie. It was a wonderful experience. Very nice home, all amenities as described. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and roomy. Plenty of games and activities for the little ones. Outdoors the area was beautiful, and the golf cart was handy for adventuring and getting around the neighborhood. Trees were turning, very colorful, and we saw lots of deer. We were there in off season, so the marina/pool areas were shut down, so can’t speak to them. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful relaxation for a bachelor trip for beautiful views and sounds of the running river. Great location. Just would like to have known about the driveway being on a steep incline to prepare the first night was dark and it was easy to find the driveway but spooky coming down. After the first night it was fine knew what to look for.

The decor was awesome! We had a great time relaxing and getting to meet our first grandchild! Sabrina was very responsive! The house felt like a home, the view was amazing of the mountain and river! Would not mind going again in the warmer weather! Overall our stay was a 10 out of 10! Just be careful driving to the home as there is an abundance of wildlife and a massive dog that likes to run out after cars! lol

Beautiful lake house! We had a great time. Eddie was extremely nice and quick to reply with any questions. He even called the day before to be sure I had gotten the door code and to see if I had any questions. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

This cabin is in a beautiful spot with a great view of the river from the deck and from the living area that had a high ceiling and a lot of windows. Had fun watching the barges go by. We had two small kids, and the cabin was very kid friendly with games and the availability of a children's gate and pack and play crib. This location is convenient (about 20-minute drive) to great restaurants and things to do in Chattanooga. The cabin was rustic, but that is what we expected. And the tree house was cool.

Cute place!! Very quiet and a beautiful view of the river from every room in the condo!! Gary was one of the best hosts I’ve had!

Dana and Scott’s place is beautiful! It is fully stocked and we had everything we needed! They left no stone unturned. We most enjoyed the awesome view sitting on the deck watching the waves run down the River. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

A very contemporary condo. Lovely layout. Very informative with directions.

Condo was as advertised. Ashley checked in to see if we needed anything and was quick to respond. The condo was thoughtfully appointed with extras like coffee pods, games for the family, binoculars, soft sheets, sound machines in the bedrooms, paper products and detergent. The condo was comfortably decorated with several areas to gather. Location was convenient and the off street parking was nice. Would definitely stay here again.
