We loved Little Green Cottage! Beautiful view of the lake, private, wonderful screened in porch w/ gas fireplace, large fenced in yard for our dog. We loved having 2 bathrooms downstairs. Nice kitchen where we cooked meals & gas grill on porch. It was cold & rained continuously for 2 days but we were still able to enjoy the sectional sofa on the porch w/ the fireplace & TV. Ansley is a wonderful host who responds quickly.

This was a wonderful place to gather with family for Christmas. Kitchen was well stocked and you can tell the owners treat it as their own.

Cedar house was a lovely place to visit with friends and relatives, who came for scheduled visits. My Mom loved the gas fireplace and the cozy reading areas. I loved feeding and watching the birds. One night, my friend and I enjoyed looking at the stars while laying back in the lounge chairs . Thanks for sharing your special place!

There for Sewanee Mom’s wkd. Great location. Comfortable beds. Well supplied kitchen. Great showers. Personal touch of fresh flowers. Accommodated bringing the dog last minute. Would stay again. Great access to bike trail.

If you’re into trail running/hiking you definitely want to be here and you will get some great hill work in. Beautiful views! We cannot wait to go back. Such a great stay. We loved the stools on both sides of the bar and the way the kitchen was open to the family room. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. They could have used more dis towels, but we made do with paper towels. Comfortable beds and the down comforters were wonderful. The communication was amazing. They were super quick to respond when I sent a message. I highly recommend staying here. It is great for larger groups. We had 7 people and it was perfect.

Spent Thanksgiving with family here and it was great! Such a well stocked kitchen and labels everywhere so you can actually find things. Highly recommend, we'll be back for sure!

Paige’s place was a great place to come home to at the end of our busy days in Chattanooga. It is secluded and peaceful. There were 3 of us so plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with basic items, not too many extra items (I.e. toaster) but certainly fine for making meals at home. We loved the outdoor seating options and big backyard. The house was a bit chilly due to the weather but 2 space heaters were provided. The only note - if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bit of a buzzing noise in the back bedroom. Not a huge deal for us personally but if you’re a light sleeper I’d pick make sure you’re ok with the sleeping options in the living room! Would definitely consider staying here again - especially in the summer so we can use the pool!

Great place to stay! We went with our toddler as a get away before we have baby #2. We stayed 5 days and didn't feel the need to leave the entire time. Plenty of things to do for all of us, cozy, kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you could need to make meals, fire place was cozy, Christmas decor was beautiful, master bath tub was super relaxing, and the beds were comfy! I would 10/10 recommend. Looking forward to hopefully back when it's warm so we can use the pool!

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, more than enough supplies for everything else we needed. Host was super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone.

Our family, which included 6 adults and 4 children, all had a great time. We enjoyed the outside area including the firepit and nearby hikes.

Our first time to use Air BNB, and wasn’t sure what to expect as a newbie. It was a wonderful experience. Very nice home, all amenities as described. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and roomy. Plenty of games and activities for the little ones. Outdoors the area was beautiful, and the golf cart was handy for adventuring and getting around the neighborhood. Trees were turning, very colorful, and we saw lots of deer. We were there in off season, so the marina/pool areas were shut down, so can’t speak to them. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Austin’s condo! The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Austin also provided great recommendations that made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us on our road trip. We wanted a dog friendly place to sleep that was near the hwy but also in the woods. This couldn’t have worked out better.

We love visiting the McGee Cottage. This was our second stay in Beersheba Springs and it was just what the doctor ordered. The cottage is homey and cozy and old-fashioned and there is a lovely walk just outside the door. The area is full of wonderful hikes, waterfalls, and mountain views, and the McGee Cottage is a great home base for exploring the area. The peace and quiet were restorative. We'll be back!

Beautiful view from the cabin deck; located just outside a quaint little town. Very well-stocked property. Perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Only challenge was keeping the interior warm enough; several nights the temps dipped into the 20s and the fireplace, space heaters, and window units struggled to keep the interior above 50 degrees.

This was my second stay at Trisha’s lovely tiny house and it was just as wonderful as the first time a few weeks ago. Everything is as pictured, comfy furniture and bed. Of course, I love the wood burning fireplace! It’s a fun, funky space with the artwork and decor lending a quirky and unique vibe. The tiny house community is very pretty with lots of river rock marking paths and it’s a nice easy stroll down to the dock if you want to sit for a spell and enjoy the view of the lake. I brought my doggo Harley with me again and on our walks he had to smell all the things and mark all his spots from a couple weeks ago- keeping his calling cards fresh I reckon lol! The house is perfect for just one but also great if you have a small family or bring along friends. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a fun little loft as well as a 2nd full bathroom. It is quiet and peaceful but still close to restaurants and lots to do! I stayed for a week this visit and it was worth every minute!

Reel Simple was absolutely stunning. We went up for last minute getaway with 2 boys and they had a wonderful time fishing. Kimberly gave us other local fishing recommendations and was very friendly. The Highland Cottage is a hidden gem! My fiancé and I had a wonderfully relaxed weekend unplugged, and Laurie and David were so hospitable. Little Tails Farm is the perfect getaway!
