Great place to spend the night, nice and cozy. Everything is available and there is a lot to do in the area. Easily accessible, central in Lemmer and parking in the street. Quiet location and beautiful wallpaper! Marja

We had it super, enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. A warm welcome, and if we had any questions in between, we could ask them. Wonderfully walked from the cottage to the sea dyke, among other things. Nice villages in the area explored, Leeuwarden is nearby and plenty of restaurants/outings to do by car. Had a great time, would definitely like to come back!

We had a very comfortable short stay at Roger's place. Close to the boat towards Schiermonnikoog. Staying here is highly recommended!

Beautiful cottage, matches the pictures. The instructions for the exact locations were very clear, and everything was spotless. Hella is incredibly friendly, gave us a very warm welcome and gave us a short tour to walk through everything again. Would definitely recommend it!

Had a great stay over New Year's Eve in the loft. The cottage is very nice, ideal for two people and furnished with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back!

If you're looking for a place that puts you in the middle of the Frisian landscape, with friendly hosts, peace and quiet, and a good starting place to visit Frisian towns by bike or car, this is it. It's a farm, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and cleverly laid out. Roomy, with lots of games, books, and toys to entertain the family during a rainy day. We may come back in the future.

Beautiful quiet apartment directly on the lake. Very well-equipped and close to the city of Leeuwarden. Nynke was easily accessible at all times. She was very nice and helpful with information and tips. We enjoyed staying there. Petra

We had a lovely stay. Nice place by the water. The house was clean with lovely duvets. The 2 things we had questions about were quickly answered and resolved by the host. Definitely a place to get back.

We felt super comfortable in Paul's house! Great house for 8 people as you have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. There are screens on all windows, which is very practical. Very great garden and terrace, everything very clean. The kitchen is totally well equipped, we didn't miss anything! Very quiet location, but the nearest town with supermarket is not far away. The swimming spot/sailboat is across the street, which did not bother us. We definitely want to come back 😊

The house was the same as in the description. It was very clean. The hosts wrote to us a week before. And were quick to respond to questions. We have also received an exact description of how to get to the house. You got into the house and felt right at home. The kitchen is super equipped and it has everything you need. A delicious sweet surprise was also ready for us on the table. Irene and George are great hosts. We will definitely be back!

This was the fourth or fifth time staying in Frank and Gisele's house. Every stay is better than the previous one. I feel more and more at home. Frank and Gisele have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, like rubber bands, batteries and tape in the kitchen drawer among other things. They are super nice and very responsive. It is obvious they love this little house which is tastefully decorated. The yard is lovingly cared for. The cookies, the bouquet of fresh cut flowers and the personal card on the kitchen table were so thoughtful and really made me feel welcome

Great location and top service! We at Royal Deck had a fantastic stay at this beautiful location. The area is wonderfully quiet and private, while everything is easily accessible. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get: a neat, clean and well-maintained place. Patricia is very nice in communication and actively thinks along to make the stay as pleasant as possible, for example with cleaning and other amenities. This makes it extra pleasant, especially for longer stays. We definitely recommend this location and will be happy to come back here!

We spent 6 nights with our two dogs at Marc's place and felt at home during that time. Marc is a great host who is always easily accessible; Bea visited us and helped us with questions. The small house is cozily furnished and very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We loved sitting on the cozy veranda and enjoyed the great view. The surroundings are quiet, there is a lot of nature and there are many easily accessible excursion destinations nearby. Marc also provides bicycles and a boat, which we did not use. All in all, we were thrilled, enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.

The house was as described. Stayed here with 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of space. It was very clean like the bathroom and floors and there was no dust to be found. Also in October we could enjoy the terrace. There are also fun games, books and movies available. From the house you can walk in Lemmer or towards the Brekken. Nice host Evert is very pleasant in communication.

Hagar's house is set in beautiful scenery. Directly at the house is a canal that is great for fishing or watching the water birds living there. The house itself is very well equipped and very clean. Hagar was always available and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed the time and can recommend the place to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very nice and clean. Only a little smaller than shown in the pictures, but completely ok for two people. We were very satisfied with everyone, especially Johanna was extremely friendly and accommodating! We were mainly fishing in Stavoren and had a lot of fun and beautiful fish. The long weekend in the apartment overlooking the lake was beautiful. The apartment is freshly renovated and we were welcomed with drinks and some treats in the fridge. We were even allowed to borrow the canoe to ride it across the lake. Joke and her husband Martin help wherever they can. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!
