The place was amazing and the hosts are very responsive when in need. Couldn’t have asked for a better location with all the amenities around and an easy walk to city centre.

Walid was very responsive in all communication. I reported a few (trivial) snags on our arrival and all were remedied ahead of our return the next day. We had a very comfortable stay in a large bedroom with decent cotton bedlinen so we slept comfortably. It was a February stay and the house was kept comfortably warm with plenty of hot water on tap for all guests. Toxteth is not the most salubrious neighbourhood but the house is in a quiet street close to all Liverpool attractions and amenities. The plentiful street parking is free which was a bonus, and the rooms represent excellent value for money.

House, was arranged in such a welcoming vibe. clean, cosy with attention to detail. Host response was extremely fast and without waiting times even at very late at night. It just seems like this ppl along with cleaning staff are a dedicated team of people with passion. Hospitality is very good choice for their career simply because they go above and beyond without expectation of paying overpriced rates. prices are the best I ever found for that type of establishment. thank you
