Monthly Rentals in Governors Island

I can warmly recommend staying at Marjorie's place - it's nicely furnished and comfortable - you can see that this is really a home in the spirit of the original idea of Airbnb. There are several restaurants in the neighbourhood and the ferry is only a 7 minute walk from the apartment, which stops at Dumbo or Wall Street.

Great host. Nice and responsive. Was kept up to date on any changes or information. Accommodation was great! Felt right at home. Great amount of space and discovered how quiet fidi area can be from the typical New York surroundings. Had a great time!

Had a lovely long stay with Mary. She is a delightful host. Available when you need her without being intrusive. The apartment worked well for us. Bed area, Kitchen and Bathroom. All worked well and a great hot shower to boot. The area is near to where we wanted to visit as we were exploring Brooklyn as well as Manhattan. All in all it represented great value for money.

Manuel’s apartment is an absolute gem—impeccably designed, clean as a whistle, quiet and close to fantastic amenities. Manuel was a terrific host: friendly, responsive, flexible and kind. Highly recommend.
