The house looks exactly like the photos—if not even better up close! We enjoyed stunning mountain views, especially on sunny days when it wasn’t snowing. The house is fully equipped, and the fireplace warms it up quickly. We also had a special visitor every night—a friendly fox! Simona was very responsive to our messages and incredibly helpful with everything. She even left us thoughtful gifts upon check-in. A fantastic choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city!

We had a wonderful time in Velichka's beautiful apartment! You immediately feel at home, cozy, lots of light (windows) and equipped with every comfort overlooking various types of trees. Velichka is very committed and always available. Nature is around the corner, 5 minutes and you are in the forest. Buses around the corner and run on time and often. Supermarket within walking distance and nice restaurants nearby. Recommended!

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Valentin was very responsive and friendly. One of the highlights was the stunning balcony and view, which made the morning feel like a dream. The privacy of the space allowed for a truly relaxing experience, and the parking was incredibly convenient—making it easy to come and go without any hassle. Overall, this apartment was a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and truly spacious stay. We will definitely be coming back!
