Monthly Rentals in Goodyear

The rental place was very clean, it was a gated place with a fob to open gate. We felt safe- enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our walks were nice in the complex and out side of the complex. I would have enjoyed it more if we could have walked to a coffee shop. Only a few minutes drive to restaurants and stores. Our host texted to our questions- and answered it with in an hour!!

We loved our stay. Mercedes has beautiful taste and thought of everything we may have needed. We loved the comfortable bed and walk in closet!

Our stay was most pleasant. Our host Trish was friendly and even left us a few snacks to enjoy upon arrival. The property is modern, updated, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property.

This house was located in a quiet neighborhood with a small playground near by for the kids to go to in the evenings. House was clean and not cluttered. It had everything we needed. The backyard was simple, yet super relaxing and a wonderful area for our boys to practice karate and run around. The only downside was the walls are pretty thin and don’t seem to have a ton of insulation, so we could hear quite a bit even with the doors closed. The child locks on the cupboards are a huge plus for people traveling with toddlers. We brought our own games (because we never know) and had a wonderful time. Definitely would stay again!
