Had a very pleasant 2 night stay at Cristovao's place in Raia. The villa was as described in the booking info and pictures. The property is tucked away perfectly with so much greenery around. A walk across the property at night is a must , the place is lit up so well with lamps and lanterns all over. The caretaker Rani was always on call and happy to help. Loved the touch of an open kitchen in the rear end of the villa, which also works as a peaceful sitout after dinner :-) Would definitely visit (and recommend) again and book the villa with the private pool.

The Location: Tucked into a small village type neighborhood and far far away from the hustle and bustle, exactly the way I like it. The estate is remotely located without being remote in a scary sense. It is very private and remarkably safe. The Place: As I mentioned earlier, the photos do not do justice. The villa is prettier than the online version of it. When you see the villa, you will immediately know that lot of love and hard work has gone into it. It is beautifully crafted and even more beautifully curated with period pieces. The Support: Anthony, who takes care of the daily nitty-gritties, must have been an English valet in his previous life. He appears when one needs him and quietly disappears when one wants privacy. Absolutely discrete and not intrusive. Hallmarks of a professional. He kept the villa super clean for the five days we stayed there. And always at hand when we needed help. Carmen was a delightful host and gave us useful tips. Ten out of ten.

Had a lovely stay at Lokesh's place. It's very conveniently located quite near BITS Pilani Goa campus and if you need to visit the campus this is the perfect place to stay. Lokesh is a very helpful and friendly host and helped in organising my pickup from the airport and though my flight was delayed by more than two hours, his local taxi partner was waiting and also helped to check-in even though it was late at night. The place itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and is a great studio for short/ long stays. While I didn't try it, you can also avail of basic breakfast which he organises. I hired a scooter through Lokesh and it was very convenient to travel across Goa. The location itself is very scenic and peaceful with a nice view but you will need transport to move around as always in Goa. All in all an excellent stay and totally value for money and I highly recommend it.
