We had such a great stay at Geneva’s place! It was beautiful and spacious enough for all 8 of us. She had plenty of amenities and even had left some fresh baked cookies from a local bakery. We had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future!

The Airbnb was really nice and in a quiet location. It is a great place to feel cozy and at home.

I booked this stay for my wife’s 40th birthday for her and the family and it exceeded our expectations. The entire compound was breath taking, it was well maintained and easy to navigate through. Everyone raves about how comfy the beds were, slept very well. I will rebook this location again for our next family outing. Our host was awesome.

Sean was a fantastic host. We had a group of 10 girls in town to celebrate my bachelorette weekend and we had such a great time and felt right at home. Everything was just as pictured. Sean responded very quickly to our pool concerns and we were able to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone interested!

We had a pleasant stay at this home-it was clean, well located, and had many great features. One thing to note is that some of the windows are positioned in a way that offers less privacy than expected, and additional coverings would be great improvement. We definetly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Beautiful spacious home in a great location near main street. Great for a extended family or large group of friends. We had 5 girls and it was very spacious for us, we did not fully use the home. The outdoor space is lovely at night. Nice to sit out and enjoy the firepit on a cool night. The home layout and multiple outdoor access doorways can be confusing. There is also street noise at night, good to have a noise maker. The beds are really comfortable. The home is old and has been updated with nice decor. Would love to come back with a larger group again in the future.

We celebrated my daughter’s 20th birthday at this location with a total of 8 of us. There was more than enough room for all of us and it had everything we needed. Absolutely beautiful house and property! We’ll definitely be back and would refer it to anyone who asked. Perfect little pool with hot tub in the back and outdoor facilities to play games and watch tv. It also felt very private. Thank you for making our weekend a huge success!

Truly one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Very close to downtown Fredericksburg, but felt like you were out in the country. Absolutely perfect for a large group of friends to stay after a day at the wineries. Highly recommended.

It was exactly as described… cute little cottage located in a neighborhood that was peaceful and walkable to town. This place was decorated so cute and quite spacious. It was so peaceful in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved it!

Justin’s place was just like the photos, really felt comfortable like home. All appliances worked, beds and pillows were all very comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood for nightly walks.

Gardenia Haus was perfect for our girls trip. Had a blast- the party barn in the back is such a fun addition! Home was clean and very comfortable. Easy to get to, and Darren was a great, responsive host. Will definitely be back next time we visit Fredericksburg!

Enjoyed staying at location. Very clean, nice quiet spacious. Beds were comfortable, showers were big. If you have a large guess count, this is the place to stay. Lots of room. No complaints. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Fredericksburg is a favorite shared birthday destination and the cottage was the perfect, peaceful retreat! With Mollye’s green thumb and eye for design, daily Hope visits, and the serenity of the space, we were home away from home! Everything we needed/wanted was at our fingertips. Beds were so comfy, a/c invaluable, directions easy, questions answered, space given while engagement welcomed, personal touches provided (birthday card, aloe vera babies, “you forgot something !”), and trip made! Bird watchers, plant lovers, retreat seekers, and adopted family will be in heaven! Would absolutely stay here again!

We plan a twice a year trip to Fredericksburg and we always love finding a new great place to stay, and Marcus’ place right off Main Street did not disappoint. The home was clean and accommodating and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever had in Fredericksburg. If you like steak and live music, Crossroads Saloon is right down the street and makes for a quick/easy date night that’s nearby along with all the other attractions. We will stay again!

It was the perfect place for a bachelorette party! There was plenty of room for everyone to just hangout! Victoria was very quick to respond to messages and was very nice! Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Gold Haus! This beautifully updated 100+ year-old house perfectly balances historic charm with modern comforts. The bedrooms are fantastic, featuring incredibly comfortable bedding and thoughtfully upgraded bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen made it a joy to cook dinner on Saturday evening. One of our favorite features was the outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating—it created such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. We loved gathering around it in the evening! Our dog, Boo, also had the best time, enjoying the easy in-and-out access and lounging on the front porch with us. Lindsie, Rachel, and Meagan have truly thought of everything to make The Gold Haus welcoming and comfortable. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. An amazing home, wonderful hostesses, and top-notch amenities—we can’t wait to come back!
