Exactly like the description! Host was super helpful and responds quick. Worth the stay! Perfect distance from Main Street.

My fiancé and I wanted a little weekend vacation & this place was perfect for us. We felt right at home, the inside is so cozy. The hot tub out back was literally perfect considering it was 30 degrees out all weekend. Everything was clean & communication was great. We’d definitely book here again! The only thing we’d recommend is curtains in the bedroom to block out the lights and night.

Absolutely loved staying here for our week vacation. The attention to detail in the home and making sure we had anything we needed was incredible. Definitely booking again should we return to the area.

This airbnb was perfect in location. Close enough to get to amazing restaurants and Main St. Plus also easy to access 290 to visit any winery you desire. The condo was clean and the perfect size for two people.

Hi guys, just wanted to advise that the address given takes you to that nursing home behind the Airbnb. It was also dark when I got there and didn’t pay attention to what the house looked like. I was tired and just arrived to my GPS location. It didn’t help that the nursing home also had a #203 which somebody was staying at when I tried to open the door! Lol, I thought it was just lit up for your guest. I then snapped and realized I was at the wrong place! I called the 24 hour number and she was new and apologized. She had to call someone else as well to find the Airbnb. Funny experience! Overall everything was GREAT!! Thank y’all so much.

This was our 2nd stay here, and we've already booked our 3rd stay for about 6 weeks out. (We visit family in the area on a regular basis.) This place is perfect for our needs, and we love the location. It is the best value around the area, and the hosts are great to accommodate anything we need.

My wife and I wanted a nice, weekend getaway in Fredericksburg and this was perfect for what we were looking for. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly clean. Rachel was incredibly responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and out. All amenities worked well as expected. While it wasn't within walking distance from our stops, it was always a quick drive to all of them. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay again

Awesome spot just outside of the town. Not walkable but a super easy 2 minute drive to central main street. Liked this better than spots closer to town as it was very private and had a little fenced in backyard area with hot tub. Squaeky clean and very nice place all around.
