We spent a weekend at the house. Claudia welcomed us very warmly and made us feel right at home. The house is simple but very functional, the bedroom and bathroom are clean. Wonderful breakfast, better than in many places out there. The location is great, we walked to Geribá beach and Ferradurinha beach easily. We used Uber to Rua das Pedras with ease. Claudia always responded promptly and very solicitously. She gave us the flexibility to check out as well. We love it and will definitely be back.

The house is huge and very comfortable for large groups. I think the only thing missing is air conditioning in the dining room. The rest was great. The landlord cooks very well.

The house was impeccable, everything was very clean, it's big and cute. It does not have parking but we leave the car outside and no problems. In the center of Cabo fred where this beach do fort is approx 15 by car. There were bakeries and other shops nearby. Mrs. Rosalba excellent person always attentive, cafesito in the mornings quite conversational and very cheerful, she has a dog lolita un amor. I would definitely stay again.

We felt at home, clean loft, and with many utensils, the host sent us many tips, in addition to leaving a small “map” for restaurants and sights. The cafe was delicious and served at the agreed time, we asked for a small change, and he very requested to answer us, we will come back more often and we will certainly refer to our friends.

I loved the stay, an excellent location, near Rua das Pedras, about 10 min walk. Close to the beach, rough, rough. The place is extremely clean, cozy, and the decor with antique items makes you travel back in time. Mr. Sergio's reception made me feel at home, and the breakfast is the difference, everything was very tasty!! I've already seen the date to return, I recommend it!!!

Firstly, I would like to thank Fernanda, who was always helpful and was very nice to me and my girlfriend, helping us whenever we need some utensil or information. The studio is very well located, close to the Orla Bardot and with several shops on the same street, grocery stores, restaurants and cafeteria. The proximity to both some beaches and Rua das Pedras was one of the biggest attractions for our interest. The premises are faithful to the photos and exceed the expectations created, being equipped with great furniture and appliances and a very well optimized space, in addition to being delivered very well clean. We were received by Fernanda's mother, who promptly attended and presented us with the place, always very polite. Breakfast is great, prepared with great affection and very tasty, having a variety of fruits and juices. The stay in a whole was great, we love being there and it was an experience that I recommend to everyone, I intend to return in the future.

Gabriel, Patricia and Camila were very friendly, kind, always attentive to everything, my son was happy with them, they made us feel very comfortable and at home. It is an inn, which has everything you need to have a nice stay, close to Geriba beach, 5 minutes away, the room is impeccable, the meals and desserts are incredible and if you had any cravings the guys were always there to please you in everything, they even had sun loungers, umbrellas, etc., to take to the beach. The location is excellent, since you could get to all the beaches from the inn, since they were short trips. In short, an excellent place and the guys are excellent hosts, totally recommended and if I have the chance to return to Buzios, I will definitely stay at CASA PROA. Thank you for everything.

Best accommodation I have ever had in Búzios, I go often and had never been treated as well as I was by host Nélio and his wife. The suite is exactly as it appears in the photos, the location is great (in front of Tucuns beach), all very clean and neat, with a super interesting and very complete external area, I highly recommend this stay.
