It was a perfect stay, the lake view is very nice for a getaway and better to come in the summer

We stayed here in April and despite the cold weather, we enjoyed our stay and were warm thanks to heaters in every room and thick blankets. This is a nice place to stay if you have a car and are looking to relax in a bit more remote location. The host was super friendly and kind, and he would've ordered from a local restaurant for us if we needed it.

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Enjoyed our stay at our Airbnb on Sevan Lake!The location here is perfect, with a beautiful view of the lake by pushing the windows open, fresh air and a very quiet environment, ideal for relaxation.The room is clean and tidy, warmly arranged and fully equipped, making people feel like home away from home. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, quick to respond and gave lots of local suggestions for things to do and eat, which made our itinerary even more enriched.Living here can not only enjoy the beauty of nature, but also experience the culture and atmosphere of the local area.
