This house is in an excellent location, with a supermarket nearby and a beautiful green field just across the road, perfect for enjoying stunning sunrises and sunsets. We spent a wonderful Chinese New Year here, and it truly felt like home. The décor is stylish and cosy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking effortless with just our own ingredients. Our host, Rosaline, was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to assist, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. Her thoughtfulness made our experience even better. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Stayed for two days for our daughter's 18th birthday. This was the best equipped airbnb we have stayed in yet, even had an air fryer! It had every spice we needed with us having to buy very little. Dishwasher tablets, toilet roll and washing tablets were all provided along with fresh towels for every person staying. Steph communicated throughout the day and responded extremely quickly. On entering the property we were shocked to find a ballon and a hamper of goodies. The house itself is beautifully presented, clean and tidy with no complaints at all. Everything is in walking distance and we really enjoyed searching for seagrass on the beach. Was lovely for it to be doggy friendly meaning our furry friends weren't left out of the trip. We have nothing to complain about and will definatly be booking again. Thank you Steph for hosting such a beautiful airbnb .

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was super clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The underfloor heating was wonderful especially after coming in from the hot tub. The hot tub was private, with a great view of the field, and had clear instruction. The snacks in the kitchen were much appreciated ☺️ Overall, just a wonderful, relaxing couple days. We would definitely visit again!

The house is just lovely, there is everything you could want in the kitchen to use. The best bit was watching tv in The bath after a long day out. Waking up to the sea and galloping horses from your patio window is a definite plus from us. Anywhere you want to go is easily accessible, the dogs loved being on the beach and meeting dog friends. We took our doggy stopper for the stairs to stop our dogs going upstairs. Absolutely brilliant stay and we would definitely book again Thank you

The place was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Lovely cosy place, plenty of parking directly outside. The host was very responsive to messages, would stay again if we're in the area again.

We have just returned from a short break in Cullercoats. The flat was exactly as described. It is well situated, just around the corner from an excellent coffee shop and a few minutes from the beach. The flat is beautifully decorated and the huge bed is super-comfortable. Communication with Lisa was excellent, giving us clear instructions and lots of recommendations. We also really appreciated a later check-out. We would not hesitate to book again.

Mark's lovely flat was a terrific refuge for a few weeks when a house move got complicated. Lots of space and light, really well-equipped, very comfortable bed and even accepts pets! Other bonuses included the pretty views, lovely river walks, fun little train to Newcastle, Corbridge and Hexham, and the village's several pubs and coffee shops. Mark himself couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. This is a great Airbnb.

Marie's place was stylishly presented, very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Marie has thoughtfully provided absolutely everything we could have needed. She was helpful and communicative throughout. We would definitely stay again at Marie's place.

Niels place was lovely to stay in. Very convenient for visiting the area. Very well equipped for cooking. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Emma's place is beautiful and so comfortable. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it had all the utilities we needed. I definitely recommend this place.

Thanks for letting us have access to this lovely and interesting apartment which worked well for two adults and two teens. Lovely beds and bed linen. Thoughtful addition of throws on sofa and plug in heaters, occasionally used to top up the heat as exceptionally cold outside and sleeting at times. A great long-weekend had by all.

Tom was probably one of the best hosts we have had. Really informative and helpful without being over the top. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to respond. Have great information on the area and even offered us a lift! Honestly, cannot fault him. Annexe was beautiful and clean, well maintained. Gorgeous area, lovely local pubs and the hot tub was filled with fresh water. Fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment walking distance from everywhere you would want to go in Sunderland. Very responsive and accommodating host could not recommend more highly.

The apartment was as good as the pictures suggested, if not better. The views from the lounge were fantastic. Easy off street parking and access to the apartment made staying stress free. The furniture and linens were of good quality and the place was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

We had a great 3 night stay, to celebrate a late Christmas with my parents who live in Blyth. The apartment is gorgous, so well decorated and furnished. There was a lovely Christmas tree to greet us too. We arrived around 9.30 pm, found the key in the front lockbox and unloaded up the front stairs. Overall its a great place to stay, the only thing that would stop us staying again is our elderly dog (he's 15) is a bit too doddery for the stairs. The baby gate was a great feature, and meant we had no worries about him going down on his own. The internal stairs lead to the front door just over the road from an amazing park which was perfect for the dogs. Kids would love it too, I grew up in Blyth, such happy memories of Ridley Park!

Our second stay and just as good second time around. Fabulous location, great views, lots of places to eat in walking distance. The apartment itself is immaculate with everything we needed for our stay and few nice extras. Would highly recommend

Beautiful spotless apartment, Debs thought of everything, our stay felt very home from home. A very quaint little table & chairs outside in a safe private courtyard. The apartment was very secure & quiet. The shower was huge & stunning. The whole apartment is so tastefully done throughout with the comfiest bed. Two minutes walk into the beautiful town, with buses on your door step. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here it’s stunning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing stay at James’s place! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. James was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The location was great, and the atmosphere was very cozy. I truly felt at home and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.
