Super helpful host, very quiet location five minutes from the old town

We loved staying here, it is a great location--close to many of the cool sites.

Nice apartment, tastefully decorated by our artist host Valentina. Very quiet at any hour of day. Friendly neighborhood close to the center. We used to get around by bike or scooter (lime icon...) very easily. Valentine welcomed us very warmly. ( The bathroom is narrow, a person of strong build could have difficulty). We recommend this listing for 2 people.:-)

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to all the main attractions of Rome. We hardly used public transport since everything was within walking distance. The area is bustling with good restaurants, great bakeries next door and a small supermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious enough, we were 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect, two toilets and one bathroom. You just have to take into account that there are 3 floors to go up with luggages, however we knew this in advance so it was not an issue for us. One thing I will mention is that the central heating was shut down from April 7th by the municipality and therefore did not work, it bothered us a bit because we were a bit chilly at night so I would recommend adding blankets for the transitional seasons. It was not freezing but not warm enough. Overall, the communication with Filemona was smooth and good, the apartment was clean, with everything needed and we recommend this place.

Very nice apartment with all you need. A comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and even a small balcony. Great location in a calm residential neighbourhood not far from the city center. Good communication with the host.

What can I say about Salvatore's home... A lot! It was an absolute perfect place for the 6 of us. Very roomy, comfy beds, hot water, clean, organized, friendly neighbors, great restaurants everywhere close by to the apartment. It was everything we needed and wanted! This is our second time in Rome, and we will be back as many times as we can, and stay in Salvatore's home! You will be very pleased! Trust me! We had a great time, the description and photos match perfectly. 100 meters from the lake, 7 km from Trevignano but at the same time a reserved and quiet place to rest and leave at the same time, the area offers. We will definitely be back

We had a wonderful 4night stay with our 2 children and their grandparents. Less than 10minutes walk to the Vatican. Lots of small coffee shops for breakfast and authentic restaurants for dinner in nearby street. Apartment was just as described and hosts were super supportive for check-in outside of hours. Airport taxis was easier for our family mix and took about 35minutes. No 63/64 bus stop around the corner was easy transport to main sights if not up to longer walking. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break
