Very nice stay in a quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped and for an agreed additional payment we could use the hot tub next to the cottage. Communication with the host was good and his instructions were extensive and clear.

We had a nice and quiet time at Heiko & Ina's place. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable in the cute little cottage 😊 The kitchen has everything you need and the cottage is very cozy overall. Since the weather was unfortunately not quite as good, my grandmother and I read a lot but that's exactly what our extended weekend was for.

Very nice hosts, cozy, quiet place to retreat as well as relax with sauna or hot tub. For day trips, The Hague or Rotterdam can be reached in a good 30 minutes.

All good! We loved the place. It was warm, cozy and nicely decorated. Upon arrival, the fireplace was already on and the hot tub was prepared for us. The accommodation has everything you need and has been prepared in every detail. Coffee was super delicious! The view of the open and the silence of nature were wonderful. All in all, the price-performance ratio is great and we would love to come back. Nanda and Peter are very kind and attentive people. We highly recommend it.

We have been able to completely unwind in this beautiful cottage. Tineke welcomed us and gave useful tips on the places we could visit. The location is, by the way, an ideal base for exploring the area. The accommodation is also well equipped. Everything was perfectly taken care of: from the modern amenities to the tasteful decor. We would love to come back to enjoy nature and the morning orchestra of the many birds in the garden.

Great location in the heart of Betuwe, we had a really nice stay. Especially the large extra indoor and outdoor common areas really contribute to a great holiday feeling. Thank you Judy & family, we would like to come back sometime.

We had a wonderful stay in Esther and Marc's little cottage and immediately felt at home. The fantastic location in the middle of nature and the quiet surroundings made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We stayed here for Christmas and New Year. It is a very cozy cottage. Sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. Marlies had taken the trouble to decorate the cottage in Christmas atmospheres. There was even a Christmas tree. She also had a delicious Christmas turban at the bakery. We really felt at home. We had some bad luck with the weather but you can walk here with various excursions within walking distance. Maybe not the cheapest place to stay but really worth the money.

Nice cottage in the middle of nature. (woods) House was clean and everything present. Spent a few nice days on the Veluwe, cycled a lot and walked, so had beautiful weather!!! Certainly subject to repetition.

Stephanie and Wim's house is just great! Very spacious, cozily furnished and super clean. The garden was a highlight for our children with swing and trampoline. But they liked the dear dog Isa, who visited us daily and conquered the heart of our children very quickly. The tranquility there was very good for us adults. Beach and things to do were within a few minutes drive. Wim and Stephanie were always friendly, helpful and easily accessible. We felt at home from the beginning and would be happy to come back.

This is a very nice place to relax and unwind. The cottage looked very nice and cozy. And what a beautiful view you have here. In the morning we saw the deer in the meadow. Highly recommended!

There were four of us with a wheelchair user and we really enjoyed the time in Anja's spacious house with a beautiful terrace and garden. The kitchen is very richly equipped, the rooms tastefully furnished. The house is largely wheelchair accessible. We have discussed small suggestions for improvement with Anja. A peaceful jewel to warm up in foggy November - felt right at home, the fire burning, cosy blankets and pillows, a big couch, a gas stove, a toy for the dog and many places to discover nearby. It’s a very special heart warming place and I felt very happy to be there right from the start. Sitting on the couch, the fire cracking, looking outside into the beautiful garden, a tree bowing in the wind right next to the window- all this is just pure bliss.

We've been here a few times, but it's always nice and also very interesting to see what's new in the house. The quiet atmosphere and ambiance are simply unbeatable.

Rachel is a nice friendly appearance and leaves the space and tranquility of the place to yourself as well. If you have any questions or want to know things, you can always go. Definitely recommend, we would love to come back!

A great cottage! Ben was very friendly, always available and helpful. The apartment was very clean and is well equipped, from the economy peeler to the smart TV to the high chair, everything was available! The great garden is also wonderful, where you can really enjoy the view from the living room (and kitchen and bedroom) and which we could use on our own! We did not move the car all week and were on different beaches and by train in Amsterdam (25 min drive, 4x per hour!). The shopping facilities are also easily accessible in a few minutes by bike. Thank you for this great time at this lovely place!

Had a very nice stay. Good communication with Richard to enter the cottage (he was still on vacation himself). Very clean cottage with all the comforts. Beautiful large garden with views and lots of tranquility. In the summer it seems wonderful to come back here. A double bed is on the landing and this space cannot be locked. With slightly older children, that is easy to do, but given the bed is on an open staircase, I do not recommend this for very young children. Or you have to sleep under a very sloping wall as parents. Underfloor heating was very pleasant. We had a great time in the area! Thank you Richard!

A beautiful place on the water, from the cottage you look out over the water and there is also a nice seat on the water. The food at the Duck is highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the cottage. Jolanda and her husband were extremely helpful. From adjusting the time of our stay, allowing us to drop our bags earlier, to recommending hiking routes and renting us a canoe to explore the surroundings. Highly recommend!

The weekend has been beautiful. This property is ideally suited for a little weekend getaway. In the smallest space, the two have created a wonderful space that couldn't be better equipped. Thank you for the opportunity to spend the weekend at your farm.

Beautiful tiny house, with everything you need. In the kitchen and bathroom, everything necessary was available. Cozy wood-burning stove and other heating equipment, are at your disposal. The location is great. Shops, gas stations, bicycle shop, restaurants are within walking distance, as are the beach and harbor. We had a lovely time. I can only recommend Matjene's tiny house.

We stayed during end of the year and had a great time. The place is cozy and even though it was winter time was very warm inside. The sauna was as we expected great and we had a nice relaxing time, so much recommended. There is a bakery, cafe, gas station with small shop, and restaurant all on walking distance. Supermarket was 6-7 minues by car with more shops and snackbar. All in all very nice stay and would really like to revisit.
