Margit communicated very well with us before arrival. All questions were answered properly. The reception was warm and we felt comfortable with her. I can recommend the place.

We felt very comfortable with Tomi. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Tomi is a superb host; always responsive and helpful! Beautiful his garden with trampoline, swings...! Great that our grandchildren were able to use it! We will be happy to come back!

A very nice place, feeling like home. Hannelore and her husband have been extremely nice, friendly, helpful at any time for anything. The house is cozy, perfectly clean and with everything you could need. The surroundings are peaceful and walkable if you want to be immersed in nature.

We had rented the apartment on the Herzberg on the occasion of our parents' golden wedding and were not disappointed: The apartment is very bright and nicely decorated; a real highlight was the fireplace in the living room, which immediately conjured up a cozy warmth and created a great ambiance. The apartment offered enough space for 6 people thanks to the extra bed and sofa bed and was very conveniently located for us – in an idyllic and quiet village 15 minutes from Bamberg and close enough to the spa in Bad Staffelstein. Thanks to the extra toilet, there was never a traffic jam in the morning It was particularly great: The nice neighbor welcomed us warmly right from the beginning and dedicated us to the village history of Meedensdorf. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This property has been recently renovated and is in brand new condition. we stayed for 6 nights over the Christmas period. The house was very warm and there was lots of space for the 7 guests in the house. The host was very responsive to any requests we had. It has a washing machine but no dryer which can be an issue when trying to dry clothes in winter. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept very well. There are 2 showers which helps when larger groups are staying here. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

This was the perfect home away from home for my extended stay! The home and surroundings are beautiful! Everything was perfectly curated, professionally updated, and personalized. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Kallmunz and the castle, a quick drive to the highways, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and all while feeling secluded and serene. Reinhold, Sigi, and Bibi (their sweet pup) are so incredibly kind and welcoming. This is a fantastic value, one of my favorite stays, and I would highly recommend paying a visit!
