Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Frederiksted Southeast

I loved my stay in the charming Cozy Cottage. It was spotless with everything you could possibly need. There is a lovely view from the expansive deck and is just steps from the beach. The location is near some wonderful restaurants and is just a short drive to downtown Christiansted. Kathleen and Jimmy were perfect hosts.

Location, location, location! This was the perfect location for diving on the west side of the island. The view of the ocean from the patio made this place perfect for us. This is our fifth trip to the island and we will return to stay with Donna next year!

We definitely will be staying again. This was our 5th trip to St Croix but 1st time staying at Sunset Beach condos. Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate our family, even delivering a bbq grill to us. The beach is right out your door and it was amazing to sit on the deck on comfy furniture watching beautiful sunsets each evening. Grateful for our time in paradise, and opportunity to embrace crucian culture.

The place was very nice and such a great spot to walk to the restaurants/bars/boardwalk, etc. There was some live music across the street on the weekend too which we liked. Overall it was a great experience. You could hear people walking above you, but it is a historic house. The cleaning solution that was used before our stay had a very strong smell, so be aware if you are sensitive to things like that.

We would happily stay with Debra and Jay again. The property is smartly- designed, beautifully landscaped, and very well-maintained. Our hosts checked in regularly, ensured we had everything we needed, and gave sound advice when requested. This is a very special place, highly recommended! Thanks again!

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay in the condo. The pool was nice and the beach was nice for walking (less so for swimming due to the coral). Good snorkeling at nearby Palms beach. Condo is very spacious and the balcony off the master had a lot of natural light.

quiet, beachfront location (best beach out of all the condos nearby), Leslie had everything we needed for our stay. The refrigerator was a little warm and feezer was slow to freeze items at times, but overall we are extremely happy with the experience. Would definitely come back here to stay if coming back to St Croix.

We had a wonderful week right on the waterfront in St Croix! I felt as if we started the vacation long before we got there due to the great information Dee provided ahead of time. We pursued many of her recommendations and found them all a great match for our needs for beaches and restaurants! Dee was expedient in communication and very gracious. It was one of the most well appointed rentals we have ever stayed in- anything we needed was there for our use! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful peaceful getaway! Standing at the end of the pool deck was definitely my favorite place of the entire property! This home is a bit off the beaten path, but less than 10 or 15 minutes into town to get whatever you need. The local host Alisha and her husband were extremely responsive and helpful for any minor issues that we raised. Overall, an exceptional experience. FYI - For families, the master bedroom and the three other bedrooms are quite separated by distance, and one is on a different floor, so just be aware if you have small children. For teens or young adults, I think this is a perfect family set up.

We had a great stay. It was easy to check in and the downstairs neighbor provided us with a clicker to open and close the gate. We were very happy with the house and location.

Beautiful Guest House with Stunning Ocean Views. Our stay at the guest house was wonderful! The space is beautifully decorated, very clean, and feels brand new. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the private beach within the condominium is fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Sanni also provides beach towels, which was a thoughtful touch and made our beach days even easier. One thing to note—the stairs leading to the mezzanine room are quite steep, which may not be ideal for young children. Unfortunately, we experienced a plumbing issue on our last night, which left us without water overnight. We had to reach out to Sanni in the morning to have the water turned back on so we could get ready before our flight. While it was an inconvenience, we appreciate her responsiveness in resolving the issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place for a relaxing getaway! We will be back!

it felt a lot like home

We had a wonderful stay - great location, easy short walk to the boardwalk and the rest of town, great view from the large, comfortable balcony. Pooja's communications were always timely and helpful. We didn't need the third bedroom, but everything else was perfect for our needs. We only wish that we had brought a pair of binoculars with us to get a closer look at some of the boats going by in the harbor area. Very relaxing stay.

This is the second time we're stayed at the Ocean House. This is literally the most beautiful spot on St. Croix, overlooking the sea. A truly hidden gem. It's so peaceful, with the sound of the waves crashing 24 hours a day, the amazing blues of the Caribbean, and a simply wonderful breeze that blows through the place. Corine and Ryan are wonderful and accommodating hosts. A few considerations. If you want bars and parties and lots of action, this is not the place for you. Though it's only about 10 minutes from Frederiksted, it feels like you're in another world, far from everything except the water. If you want peace, quiet, and beauty, this is THE place on St. Croix. Though you can walk down to the water in about 2 minutes, there are no real beaches right near the property. Pops blowhole is right up the road and visible from the Ocean House. Rainbow Beach (5 min. drive) is the closest beach.

I really enjoyed my stay it felt like I was in my own home I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others thanks ladies, my family and I was well pleased

We had an issue with our initial Airbnb, this one was highly recommended to us and within 15 - 20 min of reaching out to Stuart he made arrangements and we had instructions for his beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our 4th trip to the island and every place we have stayed has something that stands out, this one had many! Location, beautiful surroundings, and beachfront! I could not get enough of listening to the crashing waves. Thank you to Stuart who played such a big part in our memorable vacation.

Gina’s place was very comfy and a quick drive to the boardwalk and grocery store. It had creature comforts like coffee and washing detergent and cold AC ready for our stay. The hot water lasted and we could take showers in both showers at the same time and the water remained hot. The beds and couch were super comfy too.

Smitty meet us at the airport and give clear instructions on how to enter the the gated condominium and our unit. unfortunately we used gps location from air b and b listing and arrived a mile away. A call to Smitty quickly got us the correct location. Smitty followed up several times to make sure we enjoyed our stay. As for the unit the listing did not fully describe all the amenities. There were beach towels, chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment for our use. Our private balcony with views of the pool and ocean was excellent. Although not new the unit was clean and an exceptional value. We would definitely stay there again

Another wonderful stay and Barry’s Condo in Christiansted. Barry is communicative and was beyond accommodating to ensure our return visit was comfortable and enjoyable. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Julie was so welcoming and it is apparent that she wants you to enjoy the island because she has EVERYTHING you could possible need while there. She was very responsive and showed great care and empathy! We had a fridge issue, and Julie scheduled maintenance to arrive the next day and when we our airline cancelled our departing flight leaving us stranded on the island, Julie came to the rescue and allowed us to check out later and even helped us look for flights! We had an amazing time on the island thanks to Julie and Bryan's quiet, well equipped home with its amazing views offering sunrise/ocean views from the bedroom (and living room too!). I will never forget this birthday trip! Thank you so much Julie for making us feel right at home!

our stay at Lori’s place was perfect! she had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to umbrellas and coolers! the view was beautiful and the pool was nice too.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The cleanliness and decor was perfect. The sound of the ocean was awesome to sit back and relax to. Eric and Elizabeth were super helpful prior to, during, and after the stay. They provided great info that allowed planning to occur easier than it otherwise would have. There is nothing walkable in the area but all that St. Croix has to offer is a short 10 minute drive away (Christiansted) or 30 minutes away if looking to explore the East End or Frederiksted. All-in-all, we had a great visit to St. Croix and our host help in that.

The Condo was very easy to find and get into. It did exactly what we needed and was the perfect fit for our group of 8. we loved the private beach and pool that are a less then 5 minute walk from the condo. The Owners were also very accommodating for us when our flights got pushed back, even though they had another party checking in at 4pm they allowed us to keep a set of keys and hang out by the pool until time for us to leave. Overall a great stay and would recommend for others!

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was easy to find - the pool area and grounds were very nice. The residents in this community were friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. This was a good location to visit sites around the island as you are at midway between East and west sides. I would stay at this property again. My main recommendation would be blackout drapes in the second bedroom. Really enjoyed our stay on St Croix!
