Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Franklin County

The check-in instructions arrived early and were super easy to follow and understand! We arrived at the house with no issues, found the alley behind the house and really appreciated the inside parking! The house was super clean and worked really well for our family of five! Our younger boys LOVED having the up-upstairs to themselves:)! The house had everything we needed, fully equipped, and plenty of towels! The location was great too...walking distance to restaurants and super yummy coffee and breakfast treats at the Fox in the Snow! We stayed to be close to the airport and this house was less than a 10-minute drive...PERFECT:)! Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Stayed here several times so far and they are great host. We are from out of town working in Columbus and this is our go to anytime it’s available. Feels like home from amenities to quality beds to sleep on. Can’t say enough good things about this place !

Would highly recommend! 8 of us stayed at Ebony’s place for a wedding weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Tons of space, so many bedrooms and bathrooms, great hot tub, and a quiet and nice neighborhood. Ebony was flexible and responsive. We had a great Columbus weekend!

Our family felt incredibly comfortable here and would absolutely return if we ate back in the area.

Jennifer was the best host ever!! I wanted to take some time away from home me and my family to celebrate my son’s heavenly 25th birthday and this was the perfect place. Kulpreet was an EXCELLENT host. Keeping in contact and always asking if we needed anything. We were there for business and he made sure that if we weren't able to do something (like trash service) he would make sure it was taken care of. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The owners were incredibly responsive, addressing all my questions promptly. The house itself was spotless—super clean and well-maintained. The hot tub was a highlight, pristine and practically brand-new. The outdoor areas were absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Sherrys place! We didn’t have luck with weather for using the pool and hot tub, but we hardly missed it with the amazing living spaces and kitchen to use!! Sherry was a generous and accommodating host, with quick responses/assist to any questions we had. Everything was clean, tidy, spacious and we felt right at home… we just might have to come back to take advantage of the outdoor spaces next!

Out of my own selfishness, I want to leave a bad review so that way this place is always available for me. This house was AMAZING. For anyone in the area that is checking out Hocking Hills, this place is the perfect place to stay. The house is HUGE. We had eight people and were very comfortable. Lake view is breathtaking. The house is modern and has everything you would need. Perfect place for bonfires, cozy mornings on the patio overlooking the lake, and we saw a ton of bald eagles flying over the lake. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time at Valley View! The kids never wanted to leave. the weather wasn't great so they didn't play outside on the pickleball court, but they were so busy in the game room it didn't matter! I honestly thought they'd be in the pool the whole time but the game room was so fun, they spent most of their time playing. The house had plenty of space for all 16 of us and our 2 dogs! We were very comfortable and there were local food places where we could order in and let the kids keep playing as much as they wanted! In the photos online it looks like the bunk room doesn't have a door to close it off but it DOES have a barn style door to close that gives it some privacy. That was a nice surprise! The only disappointment was that the dogs aren't allowed to swim in the pool. However with the long, shared driveway, the fenced in basketball/ pickleball court, and spacious house they had plenty of opportunities for daily exercise! Everyone was exhausted each night from the fun!

Great location - the view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub and the accommodations. Perfect girls' getaway!

My family and I booked this place last minute, and it was great! It was a very private, peaceful location with very scenic views. The location was great as it was 10 minutes from the grocery stores, and not too much further for the main hiking destinations. We also explored on the huge property. This is the first time we brought our dog on a vacation, and they had bowls, treats and toys already set up for him to make him feel right at home. The host Katie was really responsive as well and was able to provide local fishing holes and baseball fields to get practice in. Would definitely go back.

Great weekend and wonderful place to stay! We got a message the day before with instructions, code, and check out instructions. And when the morning of checkout. Only complaints would be seating. There’s the one small sectional sofa and then only 2 small conversation chairs (comfy for conversation but not comfy for relaxing and watching tv after a hike. We didn’t have access to a broom but we let the host know and I guess it was overlooked. All in all, it was a 10/10. Wouldn’t recommend for groups though.

Beautiful property surrounded by beautiful trails and plenty to do in nature. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and super comfy! Hosts are fantastic and made sure to make us aware of any important information including the weather conditions!

The property was beautiful!! I wish we could have enjoyed the outside a bit but we got a weekend of rain. It was very easy to find and not far off the highway. No 4 wheel drive was needed which I appreciated. The amenities were great! There was a coffee shop right down the street from the cabin. All in all a wonderful stay!! Brent was very communicative. Answered quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a great weekend stay! Very relaxing and cozy cabin. We were able to check in early, and the owners were very kind! We had everything we needed to cook meals and we were close enough to restaurants and fun things to do. We would definitely stay again!!

We have stayed at this location the past three or four years to celebrate New Year’s, and it is the perfect spot for our group. The kids love exploring in the woods and playing in the hot tub. Very secluded and peaceful. Beth is an excellent host and so easy to work with. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and experience!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 5! All the amenities we needed were there. Clear instructions were given to find it and it was easy to get in. We liked sitting on the front porch at night and in the morning with our coffee. The hot tub worked great. It was nice to soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. The winery next door is an added perk!
