Definitely recommend this place - awesome location in trendy West Town and very easy to find (1st floor by the entrance). It is clean, cozy, fun-themed (if you like the brand Supreme) and has a nice back patio. Only two things to note: the heater is loud during the winter (if you’re a light sleeper consider this) and there are no cooking items except coffee pods. Still 5 stars from me though!

Jim was a great host and so accommodating. It was great being right downtown and just a two block walk to the lake. :-) There's a lot of places to grab coffee, baked goods, and resturants for dinner within walking distance. My stay was perfect for me and what I needed in my room with lots of charm. Thank you Jim!

Coty’s place was great! It was easy to get street parking and was a short walk to Radius which was ideal for my fiancé and I while visiting Chicago for our first time!

Best place I’ve ever stayed, would recommend any of his properties you won’t regret it !

Innesa’s place was everything as described. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable from the moment we walked in. We had everything we needed to stay here, the toothbrushes and toothpaste placed with the towels for each room was a very nice touch and showed, as a host, she cared about her guests stay. We are smokers and appreciated having a place like this to stay. For non-smokers, there wasn’t any lingering stale smoke smell, the place smelled crisp and clean. We love this location on the south end of the loop because it is easy to visit family and very easy to get to anything downtown. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Chicago.

The house was very spacious for our family of 6. We loved the location, view, and short drive to everything we wanted to do.

Our family spent 3days in this beautiful home celebrating Thanksgiving. We cooked a complete thanksgiving feast in the kitchen which had EVERYTHING we needed. The home overlooking the lake gave us views of eagles diving in the lake for fish. Beautiful in every way! We would love to schedule another stay at this home when the pool is open. The outside attractions had us dreaming of poolside adventures. We did make use of the hot tub and fire pit. A perfect home to bring our family together. Thanks to Nathan for being an amazing host.

Michael & KP were great hosts - very accommodating, responsive and made themselves available for any needs we had. The clubhouse is very big and clean. Between the hot tub, all the games and the open layout we had a very nice time.

What an amazing house! The house is perfect for a large family or friend get-away weekend! The pool area is wonderful! The water was at perfect temperatures and very clean. I appreciate how many toys are available to use & plenty of seating! I would for sure go back again!

This is a great place to stay at! In a safe neighborhood and close to all bus and train stations so it’s super easy to get to place. Also Saurin is a great host, he helped us out with everything including letting us check in early! He also gave us a lot of recommendations of things to do in Chicago, really great host and would definitely stay there again!

Our favorite part of this place was the location. Walkable to the nearest L station and multiple bus lines as well as in close vicinity to many great bars and restaurants. The place was just as describe and our group of 8 fit very comfortably. Patrick communicated very proactively, checked in with us both at check in and check out to ensure everything occurred smoothly.

Great stay and location. Immaculate views of the city. Close walk to the Chicago and Goodman theaters. Also great breakfast and brunch spots. And some good ole’ Chicago deep dish pizza at Giordano’s. The River Walk is about a 8 minute drive and a nice 22 minute walk. Which the walk is worth it even in the cold.

We arrived at Saurin’s home in the wee hours of the morning. Unfortunately the previous guest took the key. At 1am we called Saurin and he was able to get us into the house. To have a host respond at 1am and rectify the situation while he was away himself was amazing! We stayed in the master sweet. The first night we were a bit chilly. We asked Saurin and he told us where we could find a heater! We texted with him multiple times and he always answered us!!! We do want to come back and would be happy to come back to Saurin’s home. Remember this is a shared space with other renters. Everyone was super respectful of one another!!! I do smoke and there was an easily accessible smoking area! Thanks for everything Saurin!

I feel lucky to stay at this place during my 2 month visit to Chicago. Barbara and James were amazing hosts, always caring and making sure their guests feel at home. They were also super helpful about everything a first-time traveller needed to know, from weather to transportation, food to community events. The apartment itself was cozy and lively, way beyond what it seemed on the photos! A variety of apparatus made a seamless transition to life in Chicago. Meanwhile, a Walgreens was within 15 mins walk. A Trader Joe’s and a Target within walking distance. The neighborhood is peaceful and diverse. Nearby, there were top restaurants of Mexican, Peruvian, Vietnamese, Indian, Middle Eastern, Greek, Haiti cuisines, just to name a few. Public transit was extremely convenient to either downtown Chicago or Evanston. Despite the possibilities to adventure, living expenses were easy manageable. Because of Barbara and James, I had an unforgettable and amazing journey at Chicago.

The space was wonderful. The space was very clean and exactly as described. The beds were very nice and firm with top notch linens. Lisa provided more than enough high quality towels too. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The TV had numerous options for viewing. The dedicated parking space in a gated lot was very nice too. It’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown Chicago. Probably best to use Uber/Lyft or the bus. It was also very nice that the elevator goes directly into the unit. Lisa was fantastic. She was very helpful and very friendly. We felt right at home and would return without hesitation. Lisa has really thought of everything you might need. It was by far one of our best AirBnB experiences.

Great place! Host was more than accommodating. Only issue was that it does get loud with the cars and motorbikes passing my at night, especially on the weekends.

This has to be the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The apartment was like home from home, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment is a short walk from the L, has everything you need within a 5 minute walk and is in a great neighbourhood. John, the host, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and he gives some great recommendations of local restaurants/ activities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are in Chicago - we are sure to be back!
