Monthly Rentals in Fort Kochi

I can really recommend staying at George’s place. If you get the chance be sure to talk to him - he knows a lot about Cochin, Kerala and history in general. Great and friendly guy!

We arrived at the stay at 12 AM due to a delayed flight. The hosts - Antony and Gigi waited at the property to greet us and make sure we were comfortable. They left only after familiarising us with the place. The stay was very comfortable. They had taken proper measures and made necessary provisions for the mosquito problem in the area which is common. Only thing is that the water heater was too small for even one person to shower, but because of the weather that was not a problem either. Overall, I would recommend this stay 100%.

Lovely spacious cosy apartment very tastefully furnished. Place was very clean and kitchen had basic amenities. Walking distance to great restaurants and Ayurvedic centres. It was extremely hot in the apartment at the very end of March despite the fans. As it’s very close to the road you do hear road traffic especially later in the evening but in the bedroom it’s pretty quiet. Overall a fantastic stay. Biju the owner is very nice and runs a cute cafe and tourist centre downstairs.

The home was so beautiful and with all amenities, the kitchen well equipped. The host Lynette and caretaker Robin went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The home is beautiful just close to the sea. It is relaxing and nice. Having travelled widely around the world. This home stood out for a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and enjopyable stay. Loved the experience.
