Lety was so great! She offered ways to save, local recommendations and even road closure alerts. I was treated like family. also loved the location and the walkability of the neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable as well.

I appreciated Russell's responsiveness both when booking and once on premise. The home was exactly as described and I truly appreciated the little amenities (i.e. salt, pepper, olive oil, storage bags, extra paper towels, etc) that he kindly included upon arrival. That consideration avoided excessive waste and expense. I look forward to returning.

This place was even better than what we anticipated. We knew it would be a great location for my group to stay at, but when we got there, we were all stunned by the beauty and location of the place.

I stayed here for a few nights and it was perfect. The space is clean and cozy and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Brickell/public transportation. Susi is also a great communicator and made check in etc. super seamless.

Lauren was a fantastic communicator and gave us all of the information needed to make our stay in Ybor City a huge success!! The space was large and thoughtfully decorated, with a location that can’t be beat just a block away from the heart of the historic district. The place was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, spic and span! We loved our visit and will definitely be booking this again in the future - would recommend to anyone seeking a wonderful spot to vacation and enjoy this special city!! Thank you, Lauren!!

Airbnb is the same in the photos! So many good restaurants near by. Pool and gym were great. Only thing is that there is ALOT of traffic on the street of the apartment and a lot of noise due to all the honking - might have been something going on this weekend. Either way, great stay and would slay there again. Food hall down the street and so many good bfast places.

We had never stayed in Jacksonville before and we were fortunate to be able to rent Mary’s beautiful, well appointed apartment. It offered everything we needed to be comfortable, it was spotless, quiet and yet close to everything. The washer and dryer was a real plus. We hope to be able to come back and stay longer the next time!

I loved staying here. Everything is exactly like the pictures. A quaint apartment that is super clean and luxurious. When I say clean, I really mean that, the house didn’t have a speck of dust and the shower didn’t have one smudge of mildew. I take cleanliness very serious and I was completely at ease to see the pristine beauty of the place. The hot tub was of course the highlight. It was soothing and easy to use. All of the safety rules and instructions were clearly posted and easy to read. I loved how private the patio was. The tall fences and sliding window panes around the hot tub was very reassuring. I really appreciated all of the accommodations available at this location. The dryer was especially handy for drying our swimsuits and de wrinkling our clothes. I give this location 10/5 stars. I will be booking here again in the future for sure. All in all this place was worth the amount and it was a perfect place for a quick weekend beach trip.

I stayed with Nicole for 6 nights. Nicely decorated, central location, check-in was smooth, and communicating with Nicole was really easy. The apartment itself was quiet and I slept well. The pool is also under construction but I used the building gym, which did the job. Some really good restaurants nearby and taking the MetroMover to Brickell was also a breeze. Overall I recommend the place and would stay there again.
