Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

The stay for four adults, was great! The host was very kind! The beds were super confortable, the kitchen is well equiped.

We spent a week in Martinas apartment and had a perfect stay. It's close to the station, which allowed trips to Siena and Lucca. It's just outside the most touristy area but still within a 10-15 min walk to everything in Florence. The cosy street has good restaurants and sandwich joints visited by locals and at reasonable prices lower than the city center. It was a nice secure feeling in the late evening to enter the closed area and the apartment. Supermarket just around the corner. Martina's instructions were very clear. People mention some noise from the hoster next door. We did not experience any of that. We would come back next time we are in Florence.

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

Amanda’s apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It is spacious, tastefully furnished and with an amazing terrace overlooking Firenze cathedral. It is located outside ZTL and if you are coming with a car there is a paid underground parking with very reasonable fees (15 euro for 24 hours) just 400 meters from the place. The check in and check out process was very smooth and Amanda was very kind and responsive host. I highly recommend Amanda’s place!

we only stayed for one night for a concert at Nelson Mandela forum. Great location you can walk there in a few minutes and there is everything nearby..pizzerias, restaurants, super markets, bars, etc. the apartment is very clean and well maintained, nothing is missing. Vanna was very nice in letting us find it already heated, which is not obvious with other hosts. i also recommend it for longer stays as the apartment is equipped with every comfort. plus the center of Florence is not far, by car or by means of transport. if that happens, we'll definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Barbara’s apartment. The location was brilliant, a few minutes walk from the train station and also close to all the main attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Barbara was a great host. We arrived earlier than the check in time and she let us drop our luggage off early and gave lots of great recommendations for our stay. We would recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in beautiful Florence.

Lucia's apartment is fabulous, spacious, and tastefully furnished. It is very clean and equipped with all comforts. Excellent location Lucia is a kind, helpful and attentive host to her guests.

What a hidden gem! It is exactly what you think of when it comes to an authentic Italian household! The pictures do not do it justice, the views are incredible! Every morning we were treated to a cloud inversion over the valley, it was jaw droppingly good! The food in the restaurant was top notch and reasonably priced also! The family are super friendly and would always greet us and go out of their way to have a conversation which made us feel really welcomed! The farm just down by the pool area is such a nice touch and the local dog Franchi is such a good boy too 😃 We would have loved to do the day trip with the family but we didn't have enough time as we were only there for 2 nigjt! We highly recommend staying here and would 100% go back in a heart beat!

Chiara was a great host, and the apartment was a fantastic base for our trip. The location is perfect - so close to Florence but still has the peacefulness of the countryside. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy, and we felt at home. The property has beautiful gardens, the pool area was lovely too. Chiara was also kind enough to make a dinner reservation for us, and gave us some great recommendations. We loved our stay!

Thanks for a fantastic few days Massimo! I don't think we could have picked a better place for our Tuscany holiday. The view of the valley was beautiful and the apartment was the perfect size for us two! The cooking class was amazing and we really loved the wine tasting at the local wineries as well.

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful location. The location is so beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s even real. Marcello was so kind, gave us recommendations on all the best places to go, how to get around, and always quickly answered all of our questions. He even went above and beyond to help us out when we found ourselves in a bind and needed some support. Best host ever! Kitchen is very well stocked with all might you need. I highly recommend Marcello’s place if you want a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Thank you Marcello, we can’t wait to come back!

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

We stayed for 4 nights with 3 teenage children and a total of 4 people.From arrival to check-out, Chiara was very polite and helpful.Thank you for dropping me off at the supermarket and picking me up and dropping me off at Santa Maria Novella Station on the way back.It was also a 15-minute walk to the bus stop, so I was able to spend time without a car.There were a lot of condiments, and we were able to use homemade pesticide-free olive oil.There were also cooking utensils, so my daughters made pasta and had lunch in the garden.I bought olive oil as a souvenir, so I'm looking forward to my trip.The room is by no means spacious, but we had a pleasant stay with four people.Recommended for those who want to enjoy their stay in Florence in the comfort of the suburban hills away from the hustle and bustle of the center.
