A beautiful cottage that felt like a home instantly. It was cosy on a rainy day with lovely amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer in both Oamaru and Anna’s house!

Absolutely fantastic hosts. Gorgeous location, and a truly beautiful part of NZ. Visit the penguins in Oamaru , and head home after, for sundowners on the sun deck. The beautiful bays and beaches are walking distance; such a treat. Kakanui is a special place, and this is special house. A home from home. Thank you, Tania 🥰🫶.

One of the best properties of our 2-month trip! Super clean, spacious, well equipped with everything you need - and more. Fresh eggs and lavender sachets an added bonus, as were the granola, cereals & milk. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely stunning home, instantly felt relaxed and calm in the beautiful surroundings. Thoughtfully decorated with well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. Easy walk to the local pub and cafe. Central location and also very private. Thanks for sharing your home 😊

Great host, good communication and a great place to get away for two guests. The house was as described, well presented, quite rural setting close to town and everything required to make yourself feel at home. Nice comfortable bed and the bonus of a spa pool under the stars. Will definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Beautiful views with easy parking. Comfy beds and and a well stocked kitchen. We only had a quick one night stay here but would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay at this lovely house! It was exactly as described in the listing, and everything was in perfect condition. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and very inviting. The only small issue we encountered was that we had to take the rubbish with us when we checked out. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, but it’s something to keep in mind for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!
