We had a wonderful stay in Rome. Perfect location for all the sights and restaurants⭐️

Fantastic place to stay, and super nice hosts!!

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

We had a great time in Rome! The apartment is very nice, completely sufficient for two people and even has a balcony! With the metro, which is only 5 minutes away, you can easily reach all the sights. Giannicola is a very nice and helpful host! Unfortunately, we didn't meet him in person, but he was always available and gave us many tips! I'm sure we'll be back😊

wonderful place to stay outside rome! 10 min to the tram

Sylvia is very nice and welcoming. She was extremely patient because we had misunderstood the travel time from the airport. The apartment is very nice, nicely renovated. There is nothing missing, shower gels, shampoo, cottons ... are available. It's perfect when you travel light. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty calm. The downsides: the location is far from the center of Rome but well connected (metro 5 minutes walk) Building soundproofing

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Alessandro is a great host! The location is easy to access the lake and region.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

Even before our trip, they provided us with all the necessary information and great local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was genuinely one of the warmest welcomes we've ever received. The apartment itself is stylish, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is outstanding—just a short walk to the Vatican and a beautiful walk through Rome to many other major attractions. The Prati district is a gem: vibrant, elegant, and full of character, with fantastic restaurants and cafés (the hosts' recommendations were spot-on!). I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Rome, made even better by the most welcoming and gracious hosts!

Massimiliano and his father were great hosts, taking good care of us upon arrival and departure. The unit was spacious and quiet with greenery. There’s a great pizza place nearby that we repeated. All in all, it was a great stay.

David has been very helpful throughout. He was very kind to pick us up at midnight as we booked a late flight. He was easy to talk to and his place was very quiet and good place. It’s a shame we didn’t experience the local area/beach as we stayed only for overnight and had to check out soon.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Such a great location super close to the train station; loved the balcony and all the great art in the space—plus it was so nice to have access to an elevator with our luggage.

Carlo was a great host, welcoming, friendly and communicative. He met us on arrival and patiently answered all our questions. The apartment was fantastic and felt right at home. well equipped and cosy, the flat was an easy 15min walk to the Vatican. Recommendations for restaurant were top notch too. Thank you Carlo!

Our stay at Carmen’s place in Rome was fantastic! She communicated with us clearly and thoroughly before our arrival, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was excellent — a great location, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine, washer, and a spacious bathroom. Carmen’s attention to detail and care really showed, and we’re so grateful for her effort. We would gladly stay here again!

Great place. Exactly matches the description. The proximity to public transportation and many restaurants is appreciated after a day of walking around town. Cristina is really welcoming and very kind.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Roberto is very nice and responsive host. He responds quickly, is kind and friendly. Check-in instructions were superclear. Apartment looks like the photos.

It was a pleasure staying at Paolo's place. Paolo communicated very well and offered suggestions where to eat etc. The place is clean, in a quiet area yet very close to shops and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.
