Townhome vacation rentals in Fernandina Beach

Gabriella's place was as advertised. Our driving motivation was location. My son was playing in a 3-day golf tournament and we wanted a place close to TPC Sawgrass. This place was minutes away. It was clean, the accommodations were more than adequate for our purposes.

The villa is exactly as described! The three bedrooms upstairs all had ensuite bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with Dove products (soap/shampoo) and were very clean. We were only in town for a weekend, so we didn't cook there, but the kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of counter space. The hosts were great at communicating. The best part was the location! The view out the back was of water and a golf course and was so peaceful. The building this villa is in is right next to the pool. The beach access was easy to find and very safe (walking/bike trail will take you there with a good crosswalk to cross the one - not busy - street). It was less than a ten minute walk on a well-shaded path. If you have little ones, bring a wagon for beach gear. Parking was plentiful and close to the villa. We love Amelia Island and would definitely stay here again.

taryn was very responsive throughout the stay to any questions, and provided detailed instructions in advance about parking which was really helpful! the place was super clean and everything we needed was readily anomaly and easy to locate. the place was ready hours before check in, i highly recommend! also very close to the beach and restaurants/shopping!

Spacious, comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with many incidentals that allow their guests to comfortably manage being away from home. Tongila and Ted are thoughtful and attentive hosts and I feel grateful for my time in their home. Thank you both for being so welcoming!

This was our second time staying at Adam’s place, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The home is cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stands out is Adam’s hospitality—he goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome. We also love the location for its convenience to the many of the island’s wonderful activities and attractions. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a home away from home, and this is definitely one of them. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Sailmaker celebrating our wedding on the island. You can’t beat the view of the ocean from the balcony - we even saw dolphins one morning! The rental was spacious enough for the whole family & the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Note that no beach towels or beach accessories are provided but there are places on the island to rent or purchase.

Very comfortable and clean home, great location just a short walk from the Cumberland Island Ferry and downtown St. Marys, and the hosts were super responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved the Salty Dolphin Cottage. The location and outdoor space was perfect for watching boats go by and dolphins play. The views of the sunset were fabulous. Wanda and Larry thought of everything for a comfortable, peaceful stay. There was water, coffee, muffins, wine and chips and salsa. The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The layout was so fun providing space to chill out and read or watch the river. We are already planning to go back.

Kyle’s place was great! It couldn’t have been in a better location. We enjoyed beach walks every day, and it was an easy walk to Whole Foods to get groceries for dinner. Driving to the beach bars and restaurants couldn’t have been easier. I also enjoyed how much his place felt like home. I was “working from home”, and the layout and lighting of the space made it easy and comfortable. The rooms and closets were spacious, and we took advantage of the lovely outdoor deck and terrace. Kyle was a fabulous and responsive host, and we would definitely stay there again!

This property was in great condition and very clean. It was close to everything we needed. Konti and team were really good at communicating. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area.

The home was exactly as described and a perfect set up for our family with the master suite downstairs for us and two bedrooms and a “family” area upstairs for the grandchildren and our daughter. 2.5 bathrooms were a blessing with 4 girls getting ready in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt right at home!! Traveled with my 2 and 4 year old (and 5 month old) so the play kitchen and toys were a big hit, and a huge help with keeping them entertained during our stay. The host was very responsive, the house was gorgeous and very clean. Loved that it was an easy walk to the beach as well.

Great place to stay

The home was extremely clean and very enjoyable. It had everything that is needed to feel right at home. Location was great and only a 5 min walk to the beach.

Wow! What an amazing home to spend our family vacation in! We came with our 2 sons, DIL and toddler grandson. Coco was excellent in taking care of us, making sure we had everything for our little grandson from the pack n play to a gate to keep him safe from the stairs. This home is gorgeous and so large. The beach access was super and Coco had all the chairs, beach toys and even a stroller! Meals were easy in the well appointed kitchen and the house was spotless and easy to live in. Coco was very responsive to any need or question we had. And the location of this place was fabulous, we could walk to restaurants and our favorite local grocery store and Coco had recommendations to all the greatest local spots. We will definitely be back again. This home is a gem of a find!

Karen’s place is great in many ways. The neighborhood is safe and quiet- love the ponds all around the neighborhood. If weather permits the back deck is a quiet place to enjoy the environment. The house is clean and has more than enough space- bedrooms and bedrooms were just right. The kitchen has enough essentials and we were able to prepare meals just fine. There were even a few ice packs for us to use in the freezer for the days we needed them- added bonus for us! We appreciate Karen and she is an excellent host and definitely has her guests in mind. When we return to the area we will be checking to see if Karen’s place is available. In summary- simple (just enough), spacious, clean. Thank you Karen, for providing a safe place to have as a home away from home.

David was super responsive, flexible, and friendly. He had amazing recommendations and the bnb had everything you’d need. Great location and lots of cool things to check out at a walkable distance. Will definitely be back next time I visit Jax

Great location. Great house. Perfect place to setup camp near the beach for a few days. Easy walk to food and beaches.

Have stayed here twice and will again. Exactly as described and Roland is very responsive to any issues or questions you may have. He was out of the country when I asked a question and he still got right back to me. Place was very clean.

Stayed for long weekend - I believe this is a new townhouse. Everything was very clean and comfortable, well stocked in the kitchen and the beach supplies, bikes etc. Elevator was great to send suitcases up to third floor. We were there because our daughter had a game at UNF and we would definitely book again if we ever come back to Jacksonville.

Stayed for a month and loved it! Maria is an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and full of helpful advice. The townhouse matched the pictures perfectly and is in a safe and nice location. Highly recommend for both short getaways and longer stays.
