Beach house vacation rentals in Fernandina Beach

My family and I checked out today; this was an excellent location for us! The property was as pictured, clean and well stocked. We couldn't have picked a better location; beach access is directly across the street. Thanks so much!

Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Very clean and comfortable condo! The beach is at the corner of the street for convenient access. Lovely view of park and a pond (with a fountain) from the patio. Shopping is directly across the street (Marshalls, Whole Foods, etc.) along with various restaurants. We were extended a later checkout for convenience upon request. Timely response on communication. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Highly recommend and my family of 3 will stay again!

We had a lovely time at the Jacksonville Beach bungalow! Jennifer was an amazing host and helped me beyond words! I left something valuable at the home. I reached out to her and she went over there, grabbed it, and sent it to me in the mail! Not many people would do that!We loved our little getaway. It’s so close to the beach, which was perfect. We would stay there again! Jennifer is an amazing host! I cannot say enough about her!

This place is magical! The cottage is a mix of old and new, very clean, comfortable beds, linens and pillows. The location is exceptional. The beach is very private and pristine. A great place to relax and chill. St. Augustine attractions are not far away and there is a Publix grocery and liquor just down the road. They have everything you forgot to bring! At this price point you can’t go wrong. Not fancy but ticks all the boxes. I will be back!!!

We loved our stay at JAX Beach. This was the perfect spot to relax, go to the beach, explore & enjoy amazing sunrises. We will be looking to stay again in the future.

Live like a Local! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I grew up in the area, and this spot is seriously a local’s dream. Super close to great restaurants, cute shops, and just down the street from the beach. You’re right near everything but still feel like you’re in your own little private locals hideaway. It’s perfect for families—tons of amenities to keep everyone happy. And Angie was awesome—super helpful and easy to communicate with. Big recommend!

This place is a home away from home! Our host was flexible with our requests and extremely responsive. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our time here. Stay here and you’ll definitely want to plan your next vacation here before you’ve even left. We can’t wait to return!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Kyles home was exactly as described and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for our group, it was nice to have a pool and hot tub to use after long days at the players. Will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The heated pool was the highlight of the property. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Brian and Ashley were fantastic hosts, always responsive to our questions. Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!

Nice pool home within walking distance to the beach. Well decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. Our family enjoyed our stay.

The house was great for what we needed it for. The pool was awesome for our two kids. The master bathroom/bedroom was my husband and my favorite part of the house. We also loved how close it was to the beach just a two minute golf cart ride. The host was very responsive and when we had a couple issues they got them fixed quickly. My family would definitely stay there again.

The house was wonderful! An absolute gem! It had everything we needed for our wedding week. Seeing the sunrise from the bedroom was a great way to start the day. There was construction going on both sides of the house rebuilding the sea wall, but the sound of the waves blocked out all the noise. And the construction crew was very considerate and even built us a set of temporary steps to help us get down to the sand. Absolutely a perfect experience!!

Karen communicated as expected. The property was as described. It was clean and organized.

We had a terrific week staying as a family in this place. 6 adults and an infant, everybody had plenty of space and privacy but was also able to comfortably hangout in the living areas. The beach is amazing and the large table and grill in the backyard were perfect for enjoying family meals. We really appreciated how responsive you were to our needs. Great communication when we had a little trouble with the Airbnb App itself, and the early check-in and late check-out ended up being handled easily. Thanks again!

It was new and spacious and lovely. Close to beach. (3 min walk accross main drag) It’s very nice would have loved to see TV’s in all the rooms. It only had one in the living room.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, we loved the “Good Times” light and so many little details that made it feel like a vacation home. Enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Jacksonville is a wonderful city to visit. Will be back soon!

Parthesh’s place is meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean, and cozy. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Jax Beach and conveniently located near the Bold Bean Cafe, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. Parthesh is a friendly and attentive host, making your stay a delightful experience. I highly recommend his place.
