Very pleasant place. Very quiet neighborhood, with train passing on the street next to it, and nearby shops. Mannicci has a bakery nearby (which is where the check in and check out is done) and we were very well served and we had great breakfasts.

First of all, Andrea quickly communicates with you before the stay and resolves your questions, which I think is one of the most important issues in Airbnb homes. She was friendly, caring, and always quick to respond. The apartment is extremely reliable, the neighborhood is very good, it is close to the train stations, which I think is one of the most important things in Italy, and the apartment has a great walking path nearby. You can also reach Gemelli hospital by walking and more importantly using this great hiking trail for 18-20 minutes. The house is cleaned for free at regular intervals. If I come again, it is one of the houses I will definitely stay here. On the downside, the shower place is a little narrow, but it's not like you're going to worry about it. Overall, everything was perfect. I worked at Gemelli hospital for 1.5 months and was overly happy in this house. Recommended for those who will work at Gemelli hospital.

Alessandro and his wife are two young people, very nice, and very helpful. The apartment is located in an apartment building surrounded by gardens, very well-kept and super clean paths, equipped with all the comforts, as indicated in the proposal , cozy, and it is like feeling at home. During the stay we made a request and with kindness, and speed, it was resolved, demonstrating, if needed, a care and attention to people. In conclusion, we were welcomed and treated with politeness, familiarity and courtesy, in a few words, very well. We highly recommend everyone to be able to use this apartment for a stay in Rome. Of course, we will take this opportunity in the future, as long as it is available. Sirio

Great place to stay if you want to visit Rome. Close to the subway, close to major attractioms like la Fontana de Trevi and Colloseo. Relaxed neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and bars. We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

The apartment was in a very accessible area nearby many restaurants which were superb and the public transport access was superb. Gianluca was quick to respond when we needed to know how to navigate the wonders of Rome.!!! Hoping to return later in the year as we were very impressed with all the facilities!!!

Our vacation at Marta's was really perfect! The apartment is in a great neighborhood, we were able to do everything on foot, downstairs there is a small square with a market every morning and cafes. We were with our one year old baby and there are children's games in the square so it was really great and the apartment is really suitable for the little ones! Marta was very responsive, she even booked us a car for the airport. Totally recommend:)
