We immediately felt good in this comfortable, bright, warm, quiet and well equipped house. In addition, the environment is pleasant: the countryside with shops and the train station within walking distance. And cherry on the cake: our hosts were attentive and friendly. We didn't miss a thing.

We rented this home for a weekend with friends in the quiet countryside near Paris. The place met all of our requirements. Spacious, very well decorated and located in a peaceful environment we had a lovely stay! The host was also very responsive and flexible.

Great stay at the Scarehouse! Quiet and peaceful environment in the countryside 20 min by car from Nogent le rotrou and Ferte Bernard. Very clean and functional accommodation, with children's games, a nice little garden, some nice amenities (olive oil, coffee capsules, toilet paper...). We loved saying hello to the donkey and the chickens. Thanks to Valerie for this timeless moment!

Our stay was very pleasant in this large house, in line with the photos, very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the comfort of heating by these outdoor temperatures close to 0 degrees. The kids were excited to go see the chickens and pick up the eggs. As for Jane, you can't be more welcoming and available. We are delighted to have met you and will be back on sunny days!

A nice stay with large garden and nice pool. Catherine is incredibly welcoming and nice. We were here with our daughter of 1 and also for her things were well arranged such as a baby cot and a high chair. Very nice! You can walk to the village to get fresh bread every day. There are many nice places to visit in the surroundings, including Paris of course. We had a great time!

We stayed in the house in November. So the atmosphere was very cocooning inside: fireplace, board games, foosball and ping pong (in the garage). The house is spacious, pleasant and very well-equipped. The owner is very friendly and responsive, with a response to each of our requests. We also took advantage of the fresh eggs laid by the chickens on the property.

We had such a fun time with our family! It is a great location, a beautiful house and garden. The swimming pool is a bonus! We felt really welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Upon our arrival Pascaline was already waiting for us and showed us round, gave instructions and lots of sightseeing tips. The communication before and during our holiday was very good. Kudos to Pascaline and Alain! Many thanks from all of us for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

We rented Marianne's house to celebrate New Year's Eve with three families of friends, with 6 children. The house was absolutely perfect for that: a very spacious living room dining room and kitchen where we were all together, with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Large bedrooms for parents, each with a beautiful bathroom, a large bedroom under the roofs for all children ... All decorated for the holidays, lights lit in and out, on the balconies, crowns of holly, and a large fir tree in the living room. All ultra clean. The house is also very well stocked with dishes and utensils of all types, with even a full kitchen base (which is rare) and 2 dishwasher, convenient at 12;-). In short, a impeccable and totally comfortable house for 12 people, and Marianne's simple, efficient and warm welcome from check-in to checkout. We'll be happy to go back.

The cottage is beautiful It felt good there. Everything is clean, and thoughtfully presented. (It smelled clean when we arrived and the duvets were neatly folded on the bed:) ) Hosts are very available and responsive, even if we didn't want to bother them too much during our weekend. (despite the fact that we didn't find the towels, and yet they were there ahah, oupsi) I came to celebrate my 30th birthday and will keep an absolutely imperishable memory of these two days. You can book with no hesitation, it's worth it! Thanks for everything <3

Very nice accommodation, very good communication, the bedrooms are large and ++ + for the number of bathrooms. Small hitch, we came to enjoy the fireplace but upon arrival we were told that it was not possible, really a shame, maybe we had to ask in advance? Otherwise everything is fine.

This apartment is beautiful! The decoration is neat and the space is lovely. Communication with the host was excellent. He was quick and available to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this place . Thanks again to the host for their warm welcome!

We stayed at the property for a week with our little dog and highly recommend it. Perfect to get down, enjoy peace and quiet and take walks in the forest. Mari was very nice and even decorated the place for us comfortably. We also did day trips to Paris and had the perfect combination of tranquility and sightseeing. Absolutely heartfelt recommendation!

What a beautiful place to disconnect. The cottage is very comfortable, well-equipped, clean. The environment is very peaceful. We had a great time in Avignon. We were able to enjoy the well-maintained garden, the pond made my little fishermen happy! We'd love to go back!

Excellent stay Great house Perfect for our needs

An airbnb that's changing the lot. Not at all impersonal and without charm, on the contrary a feeling of being in the typical family home of the region. Everything was very clean and John responds quickly, would highly recommend!

Jean’s place was great. Exactly what we were looking for. We loved the large terrace which was pretty and very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the terrace! It had just enough luxury comfort without being excessive. I would rebook the same place in I ever return. And Chartres was a lovely gem of a place. Picassiette is a sweet well worth museum!

A peaceful accommodation that allows you to enjoy the calm in a warm environment suitable for both the largest and the smallest. Special mention to the upstairs play and toys area, perfect for kids!
