A very nice charming tastefully decorated apartment. The terrace is beautiful with its pretty view of the church bell tower. It's quiet, clean, well arranged. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful spot. The location was close to everything, the house was well kept, and the host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was terrific. With a family of 5 people, it was great. Very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms. In addition, very large garden to sit wonderfully private and charging our electric car is certainly a plus. We'd love to come back again.

When you spend 12 hours driving in the car to get somewhere you want it to be incredible. It was more than that. Our family simply loved being here. Time stood still. The house, the pool and the surroundings were amazing!

Very well furnished townhouse. Claire, well heated on the ground floor, lots of children's play areas (indoor and outdoor), nice billiards room for parents, nice and friendly kitchen. In summer the house has a small garden with everything you need to relax . Great! Special mention for the tea /coffee machine similar to that of the hotel chains. Very convenient!

A beautiful family stay in a very beautiful house decorated with great taste. Hannah is an extremely considerate host who was flexible and attentive to allow us to have a very nice Christmas as a family.

Great stay. It is 10 to 15min drive from the nearest towns. The house was very comfortable and as described. The communication we had was always quick. You can sleep an adult in the 'kids' room in house one on the bottom bunk. The bathroom upstairs doesnt have a proper shower, its handheld. In house 2 its a shame not to put in a spiral staircase as the ladder isnt suitable at all (and things stored at the bottom) so have to go outside. House 2 also isnt as cosy as house 1, its more rustic. Parking is on grass at the front and it would make a huge difference if this was made hard standing. A solid path between the two houses would also be great. I hadnt spotted there wasnt a TV, in the winter months it would have been nice to put on a film etc. Heating is controlled externally, they were quick to respond but would prefer not to have to contact the host each time. Overall would definitely stay again and with a few additions it could be even better.

We had an amazing stay and Thibault was a super host. The house was perfect for our families with young children. The photos don’t do justice to the setting. The garden is lovely and backs onto a beautiful forest. We had thought that the pool was indoor but the housing retracts. There were also plenty of comfortable deck chairs/loungers for relaxing by the pool. The house is very spacious and comfortably fit 6 adults, 6 children and an infant. There were toys and games that the kids enjoyed. The table tennis table and trampoline were in great condition. Kids overall had a great time. There’s a decent corner shop 5 minutes walk from the house along with a playground. We had a great time, thanks so much!

We met Anne when we arrived. She was friendly and wanted our stay in Chartres to be a success. She had great suggestions for our stay. We found the apartment to be charming and absolutely spotless. The apartment was just a couple of blocks away from the city center and about a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Paris was an easy commute. We didn't have to use our rental car at all while we were in Chartres! Thank you, Anne, for making our stay in Chartres so pleasant!

First experience in an airbnb and it was amazing Esther was listening to my requests and was able to clearly tell me everything I needed. The place is amazing and the hot tub helped me relax.
