Bauyrzhan's apartment is conveniently located next to the Botanical Gardens, which is great if you are into exercise. As an Elite Athlete, it was perfect for my morning 2hr runs. There is a gym in the park as well and a 50m pool on the back side of the park. Easy pick up and drop off by taxi. Check-in (thank you to stay up and let me in at 2am) and communication were seamless especially when various issues arose with the water, internet, electricity, Bauyrzhan and his wife were quick to find a solution. The apartment had sufficient amenities although as a suggestion, a thick curtain would be nice to add in the bedroom to block out the street lights and also provide more privacy as the bedroom faces an office building and parking lot. The building is quiet which was a necessity as I was getting up at 4am for work. Whether you are traveling for work or vacation, you will find this apartment comfortable.

Super hospitable host. picked me up from the airport and welcomed me into his home while the apartment was being cleaned, and still checked me in early. would recommend and would visit again! great apartment, great location.
