The cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, was outstanding. Located in a secure area near shops and restaurants, it offered both comfort and convenience. This was my parents’ first time staying outside their family home while visiting Kerala, and they immediately felt safe and comfortable, just as they would in their own home. Steve’s family was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to his father for assisting my parents’ with medical services. We are truly grateful for such a comfortable stay and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Thiruvalla.
