Monthly Rentals in Épron

Nice little apartment, perfect for easy access to Caen and the sea. The entrance was simplified by Nathalie who was very accommodating. Parking facilities and brand new accommodation!

Just a note of caution about finding the place: It is rue de Lebisey in *Épron*. I think it has to do with Airbnb and not Claire, but parts of the Airbnb web-page show "Caen" as the address, which also has a rue de Lebisey. Also, if you plan on mailing anything there, it is 11bis (and not just 11). Anyway, we had a great stay. Yes, the stairs are narrow, but we had no trouble getting up and down. We had a few days in August where temperatures got to around 32 degrees, but the flat was cool enough for sleeping in the evening. Claire was always available and got back quickly, and had great advice to give (especially about a used bike shop near the train station). Depending on your needs, it's probably easiest to have a car, although there are some great markets nearby. We also rented an electric car and had no trouble finding reliable chargers in the area.
