The garage is low, our car didn't get in. But we left it on the street and it was quiet. Another point is that the house has cameras, I felt uncomfortable. But in everything else it was all in agreement.

Beautiful secluded little house that felt like home. Sol was an amazing host who even got us breakfast on the first morning when it was storming heavily and we hadn't had the time to get groceries yet. Communication was great, the house was comfortable and the pool was a treat! Would definitely recommmend!

Exceeded our expectations, cleanliness makes a difference, and it feels like the moment you walk into the place. Elena takes care of many details that make this place an extremely pleasant experience, perfumes in the environments, impeccable bedding, the clean bathroom, complimentary soap and shampoo, basics in the kitchen such as salt, oil, tea, sugar, etc., all make a difference in every moment that one inhabits the place. It was really very comforting to arrive after a long trip to such a place. Dedication and commitment to service are clear here, super recommended

The accommodation is a large family home, very well maintained, with all the amenities of kitchen, quincho, dining room, rooms, patio, pool. When we arrived, they welcomed us very well and indicated all the steps to take to enjoy the accommodation. The description is very much like reality.

Very good price and many amenities when cooking as we had a grill, oven, kitchen and microwave. Angela was very attentive from the first minute and is a great place to go to the corsos from there since we returned in the early morning and it was always very safe the area. We returned without hesitation

The house is very spacious and comfortable. It's very well equipped. The gallery area with the grill is also very comfortable and spacious. A lot of peace of mind in our stay. Everything worked perfect. The hosts always responded quickly and kindly. They allowed us to enter the house a few hours before check-in time for work reasons. The only small inconvenience we had during the first day was that a light phase was cut from the house that just had the wifi so we were without internet. Renata and Ernesto responded immediately and made the corresponding claim with the providers and after a few hours the power and internet service was restored and it worked again perfectly. It was not cut again at any other time. For those who plan to work from the house, the internet connection is good. Everything worked well, as much water pressure in the showers as the artifacts in the house in general.

This is our second time at Nicolas' property and we keep falling in love with the place... heavenly! Big shootout to Yeny who not only supported our huge family gathering, but also was very proactive and kind... best place we have ever stayed in!

To note: Very good apartment, with an unbeatable location, close to everything, a few blocks from downtown Rosario and only one block from the Paraná River. The owners are always very attentive, responding instantly, even in late hours. The building pool is excellent and has private security. Overall, highly recommended!

Beautiful everything! Highly recommended. We really felt like home. The photos don't really honor it, it's a beautiful house. Super views. Lots of privacy and amazing natural surroundings. Cleaning a thousand as well. We would definitely be back! The hosts are permanently in touch, attentive and willing to help us at all times.

The best checking in experience, they speak english well. And check out as well, very welcoming, wonderful hosts. They give us excellent suggestions for restaurants. The apartment has clean, fluffy towels, toilet papers and beddings, the bed was comfortable and it has black out blinds, and ice in the freezer! It has a well equipped kitchen, walking distance to everywhere.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it is in an area close to downtown. Romina is very friendly and before each query she would respond immediately. I recommend the place.
