It's an amazing house! Super spacious, comfortable, well kept, with a huge garden and total privacy. The neighborhood is super quiet, it's close to supermarkets and business, and it's safe. Sebastián and Pia always responded to us very quickly, kindly and warmly. It is really a beautiful place, to which we will definitely go back to. Thank you very much Sebastian!!

Excellent apartment on the last floor of the building. Lots of sunshine, great balconies, and located within walking distance of the river and downtown Rosario. Cristian is an amazing host, very proactive, and always available. Highly recommended!

A spectacular, spacious, bright, complete apartment with a privileged view of the Paraná River and an incredible library that occupies every corner. well decorated, with warmth; the large balcony. The building has good security and is one step away from the park. Luisa is excellent and attentive.

The house is extraordinary. It has its years and the atmosphere of a fifth with its details but it is huge, comfortable and is an oasis in the middle of a city. It has everything you need and more for a long weekend and even a couple of weeks of vacation. Basketball, ping pong, metegol, pool, quincho, stove, speakers, super complete. Thank you Adrián for the good weather and the immediate response to any concerns from us. We will repeat without hesitation.
