Monthly Rentals in Elmwood

Location location location! Next to bike trails and parks, close to downtown, riverfront, farmers market. Spacious rooms, large closets, very comfortable. A great place to stay in Eau Clair.

We had a great stay in Eau Claire. As noted in some other reviews, you can sometimes hear noise from the hospital (helicopters or ambulance). This wasn't frequent though and didn't really disturb us. We walked down to The Waiting Room on Friday and had a great time. The Brewing Projekt (great beer) and Court'n House (great burgers and fish fry) are also worth a stop. All of these and more are just a short-ish walk or quick drive from the house. There was also plenty of parking for our two vehicles!

we love this space, our second time here and we hope to come back again. Pepin is beautiful and quiet, and this stay was so relaxing for us. thank you for hosting us again!

Worth for short and longer term renting. Beautiful place and town.
