I already knew the area and we were always in Grossenbrode for the past few years - the house was great - enough dishes , finally enough hooks to hang up and small loving accessories in the house - we had great days and would recommend the house to anyone

A beautiful, very lovingly decorated house. We were there for a team retreat and felt very comfortable. Everything very clean and especially the kitchen is an eye-catcher. Since we were there in March, we did not use the huge outdoor area. A picture-perfect property. Recommended without restrictions.

We stayed with 7 women in the house and felt very comfortable. Interesting, individual amenities with lots of charm. The wellness area exceeded our expectations. The contact with the host was very nice and straightforward. We definitely feel like coming back. Thank you for the wonderful time in the wonderful reedhouse.

We enjoyed the place a lot, just perfect for us. The kids loved the garden and surroundings, we were all happy to have a cozy and friendly place to stay and felt easily at home. The quarter was quiet and safe and we enjoyed riding bikes to the beach and to the nearby villages.

We had a great time at the Klein Bollhagen estate! The house Seestern is super cozy, well equipped and offers enough space for four adults plus a child! We felt super comfortable right away. We took walks to the beach, went on the historic Molli train, relaxed in front of the fireplace and enjoyed the sauna. Have a great weekend Especially the service was great - there was always someone available and there is even a bread service! We will be happy to come back!

The reception was really nice. You could have stayed in the apartment for many more days and still felt comfortable. For the parked parking space, the landlord couldn't do anything and immediately assigned a new one. There are no long distances in Boltenhagen anyway, so not here either. So - it was perfect and we would definitely book again:o)

The accommodation is well equipped(sauna, hot tub, charging for electric car at the reception), beach is within walking distance, bakery, restaurant and supermarket(Rewe shopping) are right next to the holiday complex. The property offers four bedrooms (2 people each) and a sleeping alcove for 2 in the living area. Cooking utensils and dishes for 10 people. 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The downside is the clairaudience of the house. It shouldn't be too "private". Recommended for families and travel groups.

I highly recommend this place and Henry. The location is awesome, and it was absolutely quiet. Everything was wonderfully prepared so I could get started right away. It was absolutely cozy and just to feel good. Small tip (for the train passengers): The tram stop Lange Straße was a little tick closer than Neuer Markt and you pull the wheelchair over less cobblestone. And the only downside - you would like to stay longer ;-)

Nice apartment with everything you need for a stay. Even a comfortable dog sleeping area and treats are present. Very quiet location in a charming countryside.

We and our dog were only there for a weekend and found it very good. The season and surroundings were nice for our walks. Immediately upon arrival, we had a parking space request, which was answered immediately by our host. Gladly again to Bastorf.

I can recommend the property 100%. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to arrive well before 5 PM. There were drinks for us in the fridge and ice cream in the freezer to welcome us. The apartment was clean and likeable, equipped with masses of games for rainy days. From table tennis to campfires to bicycles for all ages, it had it all. Since the train to Rostock stops 100 meters from the house once an hour, even a car would not be absolutely necessary. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back! Inka was a super hostess, always available and helpful. The place was clean and nicely decorated, we felt very much at home. For the dog, the fenced garden was great! We would love to come back again :)

We (2 adults plus 1 dog) spent a week at Michael's place. The apartment is super sufficient for 2 people - with four people it gets tight It has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. The only drawback: no additional window in the kitchen / WZ (therefore quite dark and no possibility of ventilation unless you open the front door), kitchen quite narrow and no storage space in the kitchenette, very clairaudient to the neighboring apartment, Michael is very friendly and accommodating. Communication was impeccable and fast. :-D The apartment is recommended.

It's been a great time. The house was very nice and well stocked. The location was great...Baltic Sea beach reached very quickly by car and the Bodden was only a few 100 meters away. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

We had a very nice time on Fehmarn as a family of 4 with a small dog. The accommodation is very nice and modern furnishings. In summer, the small terrace is certainly wonderful. The kitchen is perfectly decorated, we didn't miss anything. In addition, we liked the location right on the water, extensive dog walks were perfect. Nearby is a nice Italian restaurant and you can drive to Burg Castle (about 10 minutes by car) you will find various shopping facilities as well as restaurants. Communication was impeccable and we felt very well looked after. On the last evening of our stay we had to be evacuated due to a storm surge. We were also perfectly accompanied in this regard, informed and spontaneously accommodated in another apartment. All in all, Kai's place is highly recommended.

A very nicely located accommodation with an insanely great garden, even if the pool was not yet set up. The place was very large and we had everything you needed. Not suitable for allergy sufferers. Great for kids to romp.

If you want to feel at home, this is the place to be. You immediately feel very comfortable. We were 9 people and had a lovely time. Excursions to the Baltic Sea and the Karls-Erdbeerhof were no problem. We took quiet walks and relaxed in the house. We will be happy to come back again! Thanks for everything!

We chose to stay with Sten and his family because of the good reviews and extensive play opportunities for our children. After nine nights and a super relaxed vacation, we can also recommend this to all other families. Sten and his family were super nice and always helpful and interested in our well-being. There was nothing missing in the apartment. There are numerous excursions in the surrounding area. We were very pleased with our own eggs, honey and delicious mirabelle. It's been a great time. Our 5-year-old son as well as we felt comfortable. You have to get used to the "creaky" floorboards for 1.2 days, otherwise the apartment was equipped with everything you need. Thank you for the wonderful time.

We, a group of 7 women, were guests in this house for the third time. It is and remains our little paradise. A fruit and vegetable basket from our own garden to welcome us, a homemade apple pie, followed by an equally delicious plum pie from Danuta - just heartfelt, thank you very much!!! We love the decor and layout of the rooms of the house. The view into the garden with the hydrangeas and the small lake with herons is pure relaxation. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes, great walks and sunsets included. Small pool and plenty of space for our daily yoga and Pilates sessions, on the lawn or, if necessary, in the large living room. We remain enchanted by this location and the tranquility and relaxation still has an effect two weeks later. THANK YOU!!!

If you are looking for a few days of peace and relaxation, this is the place to have breakfast in a park among fruit trees with sensational views of a water lilies, early in the morning you have the chance to see a kingfisher while bathing, behind the house a beautiful stream, as far as the eye can see fields meadows and forest . Beautiful natural beach 15 min boltenhagen 30 min Lübeck or Wismar 45 min! Wi-Fi poorly the nearest baker 15 minutes away - didn't matter to us! Absolutely recommended!

It was just fantastic! We felt so comfortable and would be happy to come back :)
